5 and Outlot A. Also requests to add one-half of the road which was vacated in 1985. Wright
County does not have a record of
his one-half of the road.

70th Street NW, Seerti Hills. Requests a variance to
allow a 32x48’ pole building with a 12’x48’ overhang 20’ from the rear property
line. (R-2 Suburban Residential has a maximum size outbuilding allowed up to 2,000 s/f and minimum setback from rear property line
is 50’) Request rear property setback as 20’, as is
neighbor’s building.

Hollister Ave NW. Plans to replace shed and requests a road setback
variance.

from ordinary highwater mark of lake; 15’ from the

Linn Paving Project. When Plans and Specifications are approved for
project, advertised bids will be received August 11, 2005. Public Hearing on Final Assessments is

Street Reconstruction: Contractor to
start after July 4th. The Septic and Well Inventory has been
completed and town board set Wednesday, July 6 at 7
p.m., at town hall, as the Informational Meeting date to discuss
the inventory results with the property owners. Each property owner received a
meeting notice

Violations:
Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. Deadline: June30, 2005 -
extended one week.
Unlicensed or
inoperable vehicles are to be removed or violation will be referred to
appropriate agency for criminal prosecution

storage. Supervisor is to make site visit before referral to County
Sheriff for action.

inoperable vehicles, propane tanks, and junk are to be removed or placed in
enclosed storage. Supervisor is to make site visit before referral to County
Sheriff for action.
5. Sugar
Highlands Road Vacation.
The hearing will be July 19, 2005, 7 p.m.
at the town hall. Legal notices are published in town newspapers, posted at
town hall and individual notice mailed to each property owner affected by the
proposed vacation.
6. City of Annandale
Land Use Plan Update. Corinna
Township has been invited to attend
a meeting scheduled for Thursday, July
21, 2005 at Annandale City
Hall, 5:30-7:00
p.m. to discuss a proposed Land Use Plan that the City intends to
use as a guide for development.
7. Junk
Amnesty, July 30, 2005.
Confirm date with vendors. Review surcharges. “Corinna
News”, township newsletter, will list items that may be recycled and costs.
Bill Lieb is preparing additional information for the
newsletter.
8. Wright
County Township
Officer’s Association Quarterly Meeting: Thursday, July 14, 2005 at Silver Creek Township
Hall, 3827 134th St NW,
Monticello.
Dinner at 7 p.m. Meeting at 8 p.m. (Copy of Minutes of April 14, 2005 meeting – available at town board
meeting)
9. State of Minnesota
State Auditor Best Practices Review Survey: Survey due July 15, 2005. ( Contracting
and Procurement Survey, E-Mail to Board )

be attending Township Officers Summer Short Course July 11, 2005 at St. Cloud.
