Requests to be on the agenda:

1. 7:00 Jason & Bonnie Canesi, 11188 60th Street NW. Request for a variance to build a 30x40 pole shed 15’ from the rear property line. (Bd of Adj Hearing 2/11/05)

2. 7:30 John Kittok, 8016 Irvine Ave NW. Request variance to allow concrete paving on his back lot that is 492 s/f over the coverage limit.

Other Business:

1. 103rd Street Reconstruction: Engineering report to be ready for March 1 meeting.

2. 89th Street and Linn Ave NW Paving Project. Property Owners of West side of 89th Street or a petition from the entire 89th Street area to annex to City of Annandale is due at the March 15 town board meeting. Tab Ashwill asked for and received a property owner address list covering 89th Street.

3. Annexation Agreements: Tim Young, township attorney, submitted two sample copies of recent orderly annexation agreements for board to review. (copies at meeting).

3. Audit for 2004. Rick Borden, LarsenAllen, was asked to present the audit report at this meeting.

4. Corinna Township Annual Financial Report to State Auditor: The completed report was forwarded February 4, 2005 to LarsenAllen Accountant for review and is to be presented to the Town Board members for signature.

5. Annual Meeting and Election for Supervisor, March 8, 2005. Voting hours will be 12:00 noon to 8 p.m. with Annual Meeting following the closing of the polls. Absentee ballots are available at town office, 9214 Kilbury Ave NW. Legal notices were published in town newspapers and posted. The following list of judges are submitted for board approval: Lorraine Miller, Karen Mol, Theresa Pearson, Pearl Lieb, Leland Novotne and Letitia Peterson. Annual Meeting report has been updated. 6. MNDOT request to change access road for cemetery from Highway 24. Cemetery Land Title is being transferred from association to township. Attorney Tim Young forwarded the Quit Claim Deed to Wright County Recorder, 2/21/05.

7. Annandale Fire Department Meeting, February 17. Dave Stumpf, town board representative. Discuss procedure for submitting new fire assessments to Wright County Assessor Office.

8. Local Board of Appeal and Equalization, April 14, 2005, beginning at 3 p.m. Legal notices will be placed in the April 4 and 11 newspapers and will be posted at town hall.

9. 32nd Annual Township Officers Spring Short Course, March 14 – April 1, 2005. The course is scheduled for March 21 at St. Cloud, Holiday Inn, beginning at 8 a.m. Registration fee is $30 per person.

10. Flag Pole for Township Town Hall. Could a pole and flag be purchased and erected?

Auditor’s Update – State Auditor Pat Anderson has released a report covering Minnesota’s public pension plans.

U of M Center for Transportation Studies – Gravel Road Maintenance and Design Workshop – April 4, Grand Rapids; April 8, Marshall or April 13, Fergus Falls. Registration necessary.

U of M Center for Transportation Studies - Road Salt Symposium, March 30, 8:30-4:30, Best Western, St. Cloud. Register by March 15.

U of M Center for Transportation Studies – 2005 Minnesota Spring Maintenance Training Expo, April 20-21 at St. Cloud Civic Center. Registration due before April 14.
