Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:00 Merle Anderson, Clearwater River Watershed Board: Discuss well and septic system inventory project.

2. 7:10 Mary Murphy, 10631 Grunwald: Request variance for adding a deck to home that is 45’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake. Has survey.

3. 7:20 Thomas Kay, 7978 Irvine Ave NW. Request variance for concrete paving that is over the 25% coverage allowable.

4. 7:25 Robert Brault, 7622 Isaak Ave NW. Request variance to build an arbor on deck that is 63’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake.

5. Kevin Blohm and Veda Vargo, 11708 Hollister Ave NW. Request variance for adding a second story addition on home that is too close to road and lot is under 20,000 s/f.

Other Business:

1. Off Sale Beer License – Lake Center Store, 9769 108th St NW: Renew license for 3.2 Off Sale.

2. On Sale Beer License – Whispering Pines Golf Course, 8713 70th St NW.

New License for 3.2% on sale

3. 103rd Street Reconstruction. Revised bid. Informational letter to property owners.

4. Corinna Board of Appeal and Equalization, 2005. Wright County Assessor forwarded copies of the letters sent to persons regarding the approved reduction of EMV for 2006. (Letters on file)

5. State Demographer Report of Population and Household Estimate: As of April 1, 2005 Corinna population estimate is 2,428 and household estimate is 965.

6. Electronic Transfer of Tax Settlement Funds. Clerk has requested and submitted authorization for direct payment of tax settlements to township checking account.

Township is also enrolled to pay federal taxes electronically.

7. Corporate Authorization Resolution for Annandale State Bank. All board members are to sign this authorization.

8. Use of Town Hall: Sugar Lake Association, Saturday, May 21, 2005.
