Other Business.

1. 103rd Street Reconstruction. Revised road reconstruction bid. Well and septic system inventory project as 3-way partnership with Clearwater River Watershed, Wright County Planning and Zoning and Corinna Township. Informational letter to property owners.

2. 89th Street and Linn Avenue Paving Project: Legal Notices were placed in the Maple Lake Messenger and Annandale Advocate and letters were mailed to property owners that the Hearing on Improvement will be 17th day of May, at 7:30 p.m. at the town hall.

3. 79th Street and Iten Avenue Paving Project: Legal Notices were placed in the Maple Lake Messenger and Annandale Advocate and letters were mailed to property owners that the Hearing on Improvement will be 17th day of May, at 8:30 p.m. at the town hall.

4. Kadabra Project, 67th Street and Jenkins: Town Attorney, Tim Young, is preparing the maintenance special assessment and the easements for the sediment ponds.

5. Township Development Project Agreements. Attorney Tim Young suggested that Rhonda Pagel has prepared development agreements for the Cities of Waverly and Maple Lake and she would be available to assist the township in updating Corinna’s specifications for developments.

6. Clean Up Violation Requests:

Hansford Gordon, 6400 102nd Street: unlicensed vehicles to be removed or placed in an enclosed building by May 23, 2005.

Paul Curtis, 6435 102nd Street NW: unlicensed vehicles on property to be removed or placed in an enclosed building by May 23 2005.

7. Webside: Brian Munstenteiger and clerk worked one evening updating several of the web pages. The next work session web software will be installed on town computer.

MN PCA – has online permit application services and reminder that before construction, stormwater permit is to be obtained from MCPA

Admin Minnesota – General Security Services Corporation awarded contract to provide officer services.
