1. 7:00 Dick Baker, Trace Development Petition for Annexation of 80 acres of land to the City of Annandale. Board had no opposition to this petition except could not enter into an agreement until City of Annandale provides proof that utilities such as sewer and water are being provided to this land. City of Annandale responded to Corinna’s letter request for proof of utility service. (copy available at meeting)

2. 7:15 John Kittok, contractor representing Thomas G. Casperson, 11263 Kimball Avenue NW

(PID 206-000-054203) Request to build a three-season porch with east side lot at 13’ and 57’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake (in line with the front of the existing dwelling).

1. 103rd Street Reconstruction. WC Soil and Water forwarded application for withdrawal of wetland credit; one for .96 acres and other for .8 acres. Sign applications. Payment is necessary for one withdrawal of wetland credit .
