OPEN MEETING:  Pledge of Allegiance

Approve or Amend Minutes of November 1 Meeting.

Approve or Amend agenda for November 15, 2005.

            Copies of the previous regular meeting minutes, and this meeting’s minutes are available for those who attend this meeting.

 

Requests to be on the Agenda:

1.         Richard Naaktgeboren,  10422 Guldern Ave NW (Telephone Request, 11/7)  Request for legal description of new road after the vacation of part of Gulden Avenue in Sugar Highland and Indian Lake Heights.  Also asked if the new lines were staked.

2. 7:15 Larry Purcel, property 2 miles East of Annandale,on Highway 55  (PID R206-000-332400)    Divide parcel: one as 2 acres and  five other plots.  Survey available.

3.         Board of Adjustment Response form for:  Reed Vieau, 11389 Lathrop Avenue NW (PID 206-000-053309 and 064106).  Requests a variance to build a 20x22 addition 10’ from the north property line, 11’ to the south property line on the roadside of existing cabin.  Currently the cabin is 52’ from the lake, 9’ from te north line and 10’ from the south line on an undersized lot.    (Wright County Meeting Date:  November 18, 2005)

Other Items:

1.         103rd  Street Reconstruction.

2.         Isaak Avenue Road Improvement.

             Johnson Driveway rebuilt (Ltr 11/1/05 Otto Associates – copy to board at meeting)

3.         Town Hall Construction.  Update.  CenterPoint Energy forwarded two sets of plans for the proposed installation of natural gas mains for the new hall.  Scheduled to begin on or after November 21, 2005.

4.         City of Annandale Land Use Plan.  Ken Jude offered to consult Town Attorney regarding legality of the city council not officially recognizing the receipt of the township letters.        

5.         Operation Clean Up:

            Hansford and Irene Gordon, 6400 102nd Street NW.  Property reported to Sheriff Department for action.  Pre-trial date has been set for November 29, 2005.

6.         Trace Development Petition for Annexation: Mark Casey, City Administrator, has informed the township that the city approved the annexation and the Resolution has been forwarded to State for approval.

7.         Market Retreat Development.  Otto Associates forwarded a copy of the preliminary plat for review.  Any comments or questions are requested.

8.         Greater West Metro Humane Society:  Invitation to contract with Humane Society to provide service for lost and homeless animals in community. (copy of letter and contract plus recent Corinna Vet Invoice for comparison of costs available at meeting)   

9.         Supervisor Claim Sheet for Compensation:  Due before December 6.  (claim sheet available at meeting)

10.       Review Payment Schedule for 2004 Certificate of Indebtedness (E-M copy)
