Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:00 Mark Grimme, 8152-8130 Isaak Ave NW, Lot 2, Block 1, FGR Addition, (PID 206-035-001020. Request to build a new home and boat house on a bluff at a distance of 20’. Has Septic System Design. (Wright County P&Z Date: 10/14/05)

2. 7:15 Mark and Holly Bertelsen, 114369 Lathrop Ave NW. (PID 206-000-053312 and 206-000-064100. Request for land alteration permit. 99-100 s/y of dirt for walkout. Plans to remove existing home and rebuild a new home.

3. 7:30 Jim Dearing, Contractor, representing Mike and Cheryl Wurm, 7814 106th Street NW (PID 206-000-113202, Lot 6) Request Lot Line Adjustment.for land, 18,782 s/f, to be attached to Lot 6.

4. 8:00 Peter Yearneau, Prior Lake. Presentation - Wastewater Treatment Container System.

5. 8:15 City of Annandale Land Use Plan. Public Hearing held September 27, at Annandale City Hall. Discussion.

6. Dennis Klug, 7875 Greer Avenue NW. (Cont’d 8/2/05) Request to vacate a portion of Greer Avenue, a dedicated road and proposes to build a new portion of this road, eliminating the curve of the road and new road will connect with existing road. Petition, description of old road and a description of the new road along with survey has been received.

Maintenance Men Meeting:

Men to Attend Fall Maintenance Expo, October 5 and 6, St. Cloud.

Other Items:

1. 103rd Street Reconstruction. Wetland Replacement Application. Otto Associates to provide a new survey covering wetland area that had been filled.

2. Isaak Avenue Road Improvement.

3. Town Hall Construction: Bid notice for General Contractor was placed in Annandale Advocate and Maple Lake Messenger for the weeks of September 26 and October 3. Bid opening is 7 p.m,Thursday, October 20, 2005, Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Ave NW. Bid plans and specifications may be obtained from Town Clerk, 9214 Kilbury Avenue NW, Annandale (320-274-5179). $50 deposit fee required and returned if bid received. Bids accepted until 4 p.m., October 20, 2005.

Town Hall Financing: (Copy of Certificate - Taxes and Taxable Property in Corinna to Board at meeting)

Resolution Declaring Intent to Reimburse Expenditures. A prerequisite to issuance of bonds or certificates of indebtedness is that town declares intent to build a project and then pay for it with the proceeds of bonds or certificates. After resolution approved, sign two copies. (copy of resolution to board at meeting)

4. Individual Sewage Treatment Location Correction: Barbara Johnson, 11670 103rd Street NW. Noted error on Wenck Evaluation and submitted correct location of house and holding tank. Letter 9/24/05.

5. Claudia Aronsohn, lake residence at 11012 118th Street NW, letter 9/19/2005. Expressed appreciation for the Wright County Nuisance Ordinance included in the town letter in response to her noise complaint.

6. Wright County HAVA Planning: A revised Request for Proposal was sent to vendors asking them to rebid HAVA compliant assistive voting machines. First step for counties is to have a work plan. Wright County plans for a presentation to the County Board at a Public Hearing before final submission Clerk Vi submitted application to participate in the View-Only Access to the Statewide Voter Registration System Pilot. This will enable the clerk to confirm voter registration particularly during absentee voting.

7. Wright County Department of Highways: 2005 Certification of township road mileage due October 15, 2005.

8. 2004 Audit: Rick Borden, Larson and Allen, forwarded completed Audit for 2004. One copy for each board member, and three copies for file.

9. Wright County Township Officer’s Association Quarterly Meeting: Thursday, October 13, 2005 at 8 p.m., Wright County Government Center.

13. General Information:

Local Board of Appeal and Equalization Training: Training is scheduled for Wednesday, October 19, 2005. This training session will be held at the Wright County Government Center, Room 120, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Confirm attendance to Dawn Anderson (763-684-4544) by October 12, 2005.

. Wright County Compost and Recycling Plant changed open hours: 2nd Saturday of each month 8:00 a.m.-12 noon. Tuesday and Thursday hours remain the same:

Tuesday 9:00 a.m. to noon and l:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Thursday 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
