Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:00 Tim Krebs, 6401 80th Street, PID 206-017-003070. Plans to buy five acres of an 8 acre lot from Doug Kempenich to correct septic issues for ten property owners along lake. In an agreement, Doug Kempenich gave township access across his land. Would the agreement continue to be valid if the land were sold.

2. 7:30 Charles Emme, 11317 Lawrence Ave NW, PID 206-019-000010. Wishes to update septic system with a sealed tank. Discuss distance needed from well.

3. Market Retreat Development, Bill Westhoff, owner (telephone 7/28) (274-3379. Currently has a letter of credit, 90 day period ending August 31, 2006, covering the cost of building a township road in the development. Should the letter of credit be extended even the 2nd lift of paving is not completed by this date?

Other Items:

1. City of Annandale letter 7/18/2006: July 3, 2006, City Council received petition from Doug and Shirley Triplett and Warren and Elsa Triplett for annexation to the City of Annandale of seventy-four acres located just south of Annandale. City of Annandale aware that township denied the petition until an orderly annexation agreement is in place between the City of Annandale and Corinna Township. 2. Public Hearing on the Wright County Zoning Ordinance Amendments for Township Zoning, Thursday, July 20, 2006.

3. Junk Amnesty, Saturday, July 290, 2006. Comments

4. Cedar Lake Conservation Club extended an invitation to the board and their spouse to attend the Annual Meeting, Saturday, August 12 at the VFW in Maple Lake. Confirm number to attend.

5. Wright County Assessor (letter 7/17/06). Forwarded copy of a Tax Court Petition to Small Claims Division filed by Scott Lampi alleging error in assessment that classification is incorrect. (on file)

6. Notice of Termination of Minnesota Pollution Control permit coverage for the 80th Street Project. Board Chaiman to sign document that will be submitted to Minnesota Pollution Control.

7. Stacy Theisen claim, June 20, 2006, stated that the township lawn mower projected a rock to damage siding to their home. In letter to Stacy Theisen, July 19, 2006, the adjuster stated that he made an investigation and inspection and concluded that in his opinion that the damages to the property did not result from the use of the township lawn mower attachment during road maintenance. The design of the lawn mower attachment would prevent any objects to be projected the distance and elevation required to cause the damages claimed. (copy of letter E-M Board 7/21)

8. Primary Election – September 12 and General Election – November 7, 2006.

The following people have been contacted to take training and to act as judges for the Primary and General Election. Submitted for your approval are Mari Arfsten, Lorraine Miller, Jan Moynagh, Leland Novotne, Marilyn or Wayne Dearing, Karen Mol, Nathalie Twardy, Eleanor Partridge, Don Gadow, Andrea Juetten, Letitia Peterson, Helen

Schow-Sheehan. and Judy Holley. Most of the judges will be attending training at the City of Annandale location and two at Buffalo Courthouse. Clerk will attend an Election Strategy Meeting, August 2 at the Court House and training August 7 for AutoMark and M100 operations.

Wright County Public Health, 7/27/06 – National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat watch for Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. National Weather Service web site at http://www.weather.gov for more information.

Wright County Pubhlic Health, 7/28/06 – Heat Advisory issued for Hennepin and Ramsey counties from Friday afternoon through Saturday night. Now extended and in effect from Sunday morning through Monday night. The area of intense heat and humidity may expand to cover more of central and south central Minnesota. No additional messages for this current heat event will be issued. Check web site at http://www.weather.gov.
