ROAD VACATION PORTION OF 102ND STREET OF SHOEN SHORES:

 

 

Requests to be on the Agenda:

1.         Glenn Pilarski, 11828 Knox Ave NW, PID 206-014-000020.  Request to build a 12x30 porch/bathroom/laundry addition and a 12x15 upper-level addition, 60’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake and 13’ to the south side lot line.  Existing structure is 14.1’ from the north property line and 56’ from the lake.

2.  7:30 Glenda and Corey James, 10308 108th Street NW, PID 206-000-081200.  Request to renew Conditional Use Permit for a Horse Training Facility that is open to the public.

3.  7:45  Tom Lampi, 9141 64th Ave NW, PID 206-106-001020.  Request to erect billboard.

1.  8:00 Corinna Township Comprehensive Plan.  Discuss Public Hearing, November 28.

Chuck Marohn, Community Growth Consultant, and Task Force Members.

 

            Wright County Commission Meeting, scheduled December 12, 1 p.m. to discuss County’s Comp Plan and Townships.

 

2.         House Removal, 108th and Highway 24.

 

3.         Junk Violation:  Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW.  2nd Violation letter dated November 21, stated property is to be in compliance in 20 days or have no choice but to refer the case to the appropriate agency for criminal prosecution.

 

4.         MN Dept of Natural Resources, 2007 Grant Application.  DNR financial assistance programs available.  Application due 3/31/07.  (info on file)

 

5.         Wright County Surveyor’s Office forwarded Corinna Township area Road Map.
