1. 7:15 Peter Ramme, 1136 Hart Avenue NW. PID-206-000-013208. Remodeling in order to construct a split level home and an addition using the existing foundation. Present home is 43.3” from lake and porch that connects to garage is 31.7”. Plans will be presented.

Request for Conditional Use Permit for a retreat center or bed/breakfast. Site plans and letters from neighbors will be presented.

3. 8:00 Planning and Zoning. Response Strategy to County Board Proposal for Dual Permit System – Township Attorney Tim Young; Andrew Mack, Community Growth Institute; and Task Force Members.

Silver Creek Township – telephone call supporting Corinna Township’s decision for own Planning and Zoning.

Community Visioning Meeting, 2nd meeting: Saturday, May 6, 2006, light refreshments at 8:30 a.m., meeting at 9:00 a.m. Open Meeting for all Corinna Township property owners.

Wright County Planning Commission Public Hearing, 7:30 p.m., Thursday, May 11, Board Room at Wright County Government Center. Consider amendment to the Wright County Zoning Ordinance. Amendment will describe proposed procedures and process for administration of planning and zoning in townships which adopt official controls related to land use.

11. Tony Rieger-Borer, 11756 Jarvis Ave NW, Telephone request of 4/25/06. With Highway 24 reconstruction and if township becomes owner of the house near the cemetery, he wishes first option to buy it and move it.

12. Bud Garthe, Linn Ave. E-Mail, 4/26/06 As Linn Avenue is a high traffic area, the road is almost undriveable due to rough washboard. (copy of E-M at meeting).

13. State of Minnesota Secretary of State Office announces SVRS VIEW for local election officials. Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS) is intended for local election officials and scheduled to begin in May, 2006. Training will be implemented.
