Bid Opening: Bids to be received and opened for purchase and removal of house on 106th and Highway 24.

Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:00 Bruce Stuhr, contractor, representing, Jerry Heitkamp, 11440 103rd Street NW, PID 206-092-000020. Requests to change variance granted to previous property owner to build a garage 24x34 that would now be built as a 26x34 garage that would be 22’ from the road.

2. 7:15 Dan Ledwein, 9681 102nd Street NW PID 206-073-001090. Request to vacate

road from 50’ to 33’. Well is on the road cul de sac.

4. 7:45 James Dearing, representing David and Sue Nash, 8878 Jasper Ave NW, PID 206-000-222203. Request for variance to add a bonus room over a garage that is a non-conforming structure that is too close to the lake. (Township response form: Amend 9/8/06 action to allow a revised house plan that would include a 1, 113 s/f second floor (502.5 s/f) of livable area.

5. 8:00 Michael Wolfgram, 8919 Gowan Ave NW. Request for a Non-Contractor Yard Conditional Use Permit. Request to build a pole barn that would house his equipment.

At a later date a home may be built on this same parcel.

1. Corinna Township Comprehensive Plan. Public Hearing Date.

2. Wright County Commissioners’ Meeting with Township Representatives. Commissioners have not notified township of the date.

3. Clearwater River Watershed Public Hearing for Project 806-12, Cedar, Albion, Swarthout and Hernshaw, November 8. John Dearing planned to attend.

4, Junk Violation: Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. Violation letter asked that property be cleared by November 6, or 30 days.

5. Highway 55 Corridor Coalition Meeting rescheduled for Friday October 27. John Dearing, representative.

6. Annandale Area Fire Commission Meeting, October 26. Alan Jude, representative.

7. General Election, November 7, 2006. 1180 voters or 69% of those registered voted.
