Approve or Amend Minutes: Town Board Meeting, September 19, 2006.

Approve or Amend Agenda, October 3, 2006.

Copies of the previous minutes and this meeting’s agenda and claims to be paid are available for those who attend this meeting.

Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:15 Mike and Beth Peterson, 11289 Lawrence Ave NW, PID 206-019-000056. Request for variance to add ramp to seasonal cabin entrance and to replace foundation of the cabin that is on an undersized lot.

2. 7:30 Steve Johnson, represented by Larry Purcell, land owner and Leo Kill, Contractor. Petition to rezone all lots from B-2 General Business to I-1 Limited Industry and a Conditional Use Permit for a metal fabrication shop on parcel “D”.

3. 7:45 John Duff, representing property owner Mary Miezwa, 11198 Hollister Ave NW, PID 206-056-005090. (continued from 2/21/06). Plan is to remove existing

cabin and rebuild. Needs variance for cabin distance of 30’ to center of road,

sidelot, and undersized lot. Will have holding tank.

1. Robert Twardy, 9019 Gowan Ave NW. (Cont’d 9/19/06) Request to have field mowed that contains thistles and weeds. Board member to locate property owner name for land located between Robert Twardy’s land and Christopher Reeve’s land.

2. Corinna Township Comprehensive Plan. October Meeting Dates are Monday, Oct 2, and Monday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m..

3. Wright County Commissioners’ Meeting with Township Representatives: (cont’d 9/19/06). Town Board to select and forward name of representative and preferred meeting date and time.

4. Clearwater River Watershed District Public Hearing for Project #06-1, Cedar, Albion, Swartout and Henshaw, 7 ;p.m., October 11, 2006 and 7 p.m., November 8, 2006 Assessment notice. (Copy for Board).

5. MN Department of Transportation forwarded Quit Claim Deed for Property. Deed to be filed in Wright County recorders Office. Overpayment of $1,000 is to be returned from State Finance Department. (Copy of letter for Board)

Mr. Tony DeBoer telephoned that he still has an interest in buying the building.
