Approve or Amend Minutes: Town Board Meeting, September 5, 2006 Approve or Amend agenda: September 19, 2006.

Requests to be on the agenda:

1. 7:00 Arthur Roemer. 10519 Grunewald Ave NW., PID 206-060-000110. Wishes to vacate 33.1’ of Grunewald Avenue.

2. 7:15 Joe Nelson. 11728 103rd St NW. PID 206-042-000090. Plans to replace the roof on his cabin and square out cabin on one side by adding a 6' addition. The cabin is on an undersized lot and too close to the lake.

3. 7:45 Robert Palmer, 7170 120th St NW, Addison Bay.(rescheduled from 9/5/06) Request culvert maintenance. Water backs up onto his low land.

Other Items:

1. Robert Twardy. 9019 Gowan Ave NW. Between Robert Twardy's property and

Christopher Reeve's land, a large field contains thistles and weeds. Requests weed inspector or township have this field mowed.

2. Contractor Yards not allowed in residential districts. Planning and Zoning

forwarded a copy of letter sent to Dean and Rebecah Torgerson, 6410 85th St NW, that well-drilling and sealing business at residence is not allowed in a residential district. All vehicles related to business should be stored elsewhere and when a new location is found for the business, a Conditional Use Permit will be required to operate from that location. (copy to board at meeting).

3. Primary Election Results for Corinna Township: Total voters: 123 or 8% of eligible voters.

4. LarsonAllen, Township Auditor. Pat Krause, auditor, forwarded a representation letter for town board to approve and sign. A “draft” copy of recommendations was also forwarded for comments. (copy for board at meeting) Pat Krause also has requested a list of all road assessments forwarded to county and earmark all those that were paid in 2005.
