Request to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:15 Thomas Tart, 11069 Hollister Ave NW, PID 206-079-001010. Plans for building onto cabin on a lot that is undersized, less than 20,000 s/f, and current cabin is 71’ from the ordinary high water mark from the lake. Plans and septic system report will be available.

2, 7:30 Robert Palmer, 7170 120th Street NW, Addison Bay. Requests culvert maintenance. Water backs up on his low land.

3. 7:45 Friends of Maple Lake Library, representative. Request support for building a library for the City of Maple Lake.

1. Leslie Kreutter, 6868 Inman, PID 206-025-000020.(Cont’d from 8/15/06) Plans to construct a garage that may be on the town road right of way. Town Board site visit, August 16, 2006.

2. T and D Development, Greer Avenue, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Dalmans Additions and Lots 16 and 17, Block 3, Borell’s First Addition. August 18, 2006, Planning and Zoning Administrator was informed that the new road has been accepted.

3. Market Retreat Development, Cy Rd 6 and 75th Street. August 21, Planning and Zoning Administrator notified Corinna that as the township has approved the development road with on the condition for some reseeding, the road escrow has lapsed.

4. Arnold Kunkel, owner of cabin at 6481 80th St NW (cont’d from 8/15/06) As an address had previously been incorrect, board member was to make another site inspection for uncut weeds and thistles at 8343 Gowan Ave NW.

5. Corinna Township Comprehensive Plan and Task Force. August 22, Open Meeting report? Future meetings September 7 and September 18?

6. Fence on Road Right of Way, 8005 Griffith Ave NW. Three evergreen trees, a retaining wall and split rail fence to be moved by August 21.

7. Primary Election, September 12, 2006, Hours: 7 a.m.-8 p.m., Corinna Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Ave NW, Annandale.

Election Scanner and Automark: At the Town Hall, an accuracy test of the M100 Optical Scanner will be conducted at Thursday, September 7, 2006, at 10 a.m. The Automark, the voting machine which may be used by voters with disabilities, will be available for a demonstration.

Absentee Voting: Saturday, 9/9/06, hours 10:00-3:00 p.m. and Monday, 9/11/06 until 5:00 p.m., township office at 9214 Kilbury Ave NW will be open for absentee voting.

8. 2006 Junk Amnesty. Recap of income, expenses and tonnage report. (Copy for board at meeting).

9. Town Hall. Pearl Lieb made frames for photographs obtained from the Wright County Historical Society and will be placing these photographs depicting Corinna Township people, buildings, or resorts from the late 1900’s on the town hall walls.

10. Township Assessor, Ken Yager, is making property visits in the Clearwater Lake area during the months of August and September.

11. Thomas Knaup, 7139 Imhoff Ave NW. Clerk responded to telephone request for procedure for blacktop for 75th to Illsley to Hiway 55.

12. Wright County Soil and Water Conservation District Letter dated 8/22/06 to Brad Paumen, 7750 County Road 37, states requirements for follow up to the wetland replacement plan approved for the Sunrise Shores site on Camp Lake. (Copy of letter to board at meeting).

13. Minnesota Fall Maintenance Expo, October 4 and 5. Itinerary for the two days has been given to Mark Miller and Doug Smith. Registration?
