Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:00Churck Marohn, Community Growth: Presentation of Wright County Land Use and subdivision ordinances that are modified to fit the parameters of a township. Present gravel mining regulations for review.

2. 8:00 John and Sheila Lindstrom, property at Outlot A, Lot 39, Bass-Clearwater Shores. Kramer Avenue has replaced the road identified on a 1951 plat as a road along the lakeshore from north of Lot 32 and beyond Outlot A, including Lot 39. Plan to petition to have the shoreline road vacated.(Board: E-M 2/13 with plat map)

1. 2006 Reconstruction of 103rd St NW. Environmental Services to assist.

2. House Removal, 10815 Highway 24.

3. 108th and Highway 24 real estate acquired, Highway 24 Reconstruction. Corrected QuitClaim Deed has been delivered to Wright County Recorders Office.

4. Corinna Township Audit for 2006. Audit information was delivered to LarsonAllen, CPA, Feb. 8. CPA, Pat Krause, is aware township annual meeting is Tuesday, March 13.

10. 2007 local Board of Appeal and Equalization is Thursday, April 12, 3 p.m. Township Assessor, Ken Yager, encourages property owners to call him if they have a question about their property evaluation.

Wright and Sherburne Public Health Departments are offering a flu shot clinic for those six months and older on February 21st 1-5 p.m. at Eastview Elementary School, 9375 Fenning Ave NE, Monticello. No appointment is necessary. Cost of vaccine is $10.00, cash or check only.

2007 Land Use Planning Workshop – program options and dates – presented by Government Training Services.

Wright County Sheriff’s Office – 4th Quarter Report for law enforcement activity and crimes in Corinna Township for the year 2006.

Rural Partners Roundup Community Forum – Desires entrants for upcoming Thriving By Design competition this spring. Adult and Youth competition (Grades 5-8 and Grades 9-12) will create a map of their community showing all the places and problematic features that are special to them. Winning entries will be honored at the Rural Summit in Brainerd. Cash prizes and opportunities for publicity will be awarded to top entries. Register by 2/28/07.
