1. 7:00 Greg Huiras, Mathiewitz Construction. Request for date when gravel mining ban will be lifted. Plans to negotiate for fill for the Highway 24 construction project.

2. 7:15 Merle Anderson, Clearwater River Watershed District, Administrative Assistant. Discuss Corinna Township Assessment for Cedar Lake Clean Up Project.

3. 7:30 Jim Dearing, representing Jerry and Jan Altman, 9029 Ingram Ave NW, PID 206-022-000070. Request for variance to replace existing dwelling and build a 1064 s/f dwelling with a 576 s/f second-floor and 24’ x 14’ attached garage, 51’ from the ordinary high-water mark of the lake, an 8’x28’ deck 43’ from the lake at the closest point and 7.7’ from the north side lot line at the closest point on an undersized lot.

10. Corinna Township Annual Meeting and election will be Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at the Corinna Town Hall. The officers to be elected are (1) supervisor for three years, the term of William H. Lieb expiring; and (1) supervisor for one year, the appointed one year term expiring of Alan Jude. Alan Jude was appointed for one year to fill Ken Jude’s term. Filing dates are Tuesday, Jan 2 to Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007, 5 p.m. Candidates may file at the Clerk’s home, 9214 Kilbury Ave NW, Annandale. Filing fee is $2. The last date for a candidate to withdraw from the election is Thursday, January 18, 2007, until 5 p.m.
