Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:15 Paul Jude, 6750 Hoyt Avenue NW PID 206-000-352102.  Request for building entitlement.

 

2. 7:30 Jerry Mundell, property address 9081 Inman Ave NW PID 206-000-154300.  (1/2/07, Board approved to allow the parcel of 2.8 acres to be split into two parcels.  Each parcel will be 20,000 s/f minimum and buildings will meet the setbacks.)

Wright County Planning and Zoning did not approve this request.  Property is to be sold and has a zoning issue.  (copy of P&Z letter 1/4/07 to Mr. Mundell with agenda)

 

3.         Property owner telephone request June 13, 2007.  Junk Violation at 8838 78th Street NW, Robert and Sandra Larson property owner.  Lawn has not been mowed this year and grass is 3-4’ high; junk everywhere. A deck has been added to the house and is not completed.         

 

4.         Tony Rieger-Borer, 11764 Jarvis Ave NW.  Removal of garage from township property.

Other Business:

1.         Planning and Zoning Administration:

            A.  June 14, 1:30 p.m. meeting with P&Z Administrator Tom Salkowski, Assistant County Attorney Tom Zims and Commissioner Karla Heeter, township officers and township attorney.  Discussion.

            B.  June 14, 7:00 p.m. Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting and Public Hearing for Amendments to the Corinna Township Comprehensive Plan and Corinna Township Land Use Ordinance.    Discussion.

2.         NW Quadrant Land Use Review, June 20, 2007, 7 p.m. at Silver Creek Township.

Chairman John Jones of Silver Creek forwarded a copy of Resource Strategies review and comment of the Silver Creek Township Land Use Plan in comparison to other townships.  (copy for board at meeting)

3.         Wright County Commissioner Communication Meeting:  Thursday, June 21, 2007, 8 p.m. Wright County Government Center.

4.         Highway 24 Alternate Routes:  MNDOT forwarded details of alternate road routes that may be used while Highway 24 is under construction.

­5.         103rd Street Road Reconstruction:  Kjolhaug Environmental Services forwarded joint application for the cul-de-sac project as well as the withdrawal wetland credit form for project mitigation.  Signature and return.  New permit application documenting the purpose and need of the constructed cul-de-sac is needed.

6.         Recycling Bins:  Shipment arrived.  Decals are to be applied to bins before distribution.   Need recycling information to be included with bin.

7.         Ken Yager, Township Assessor.  Sign contract.

8.         Building Permits:  (8) 5/4-5/31/2007:  1-home; 1-detached garage; 1-addition; 1-alteration; 1-deck and 3-septic systems.

9,         Junk Amnesty, July 28, 2007:  Review item charges and other articles to be included in newsletter.  Mailing date.

10.       Summer Workshop for Supervisors, Treasurers and Clerks, eight sites during July.  Local Board of Appeal and Equalization training will be offered for supervisors during the afternoon sessions.  Registration $35 per person due June 29.

11.       DaimlerChrysler Financial Services forwarded lien release for Sterling 2004 Truck.  Township is to apply for a lien free title in township name.

            Minnesota Housing Finance Agency – Application deadline Thursday, July 12, 2007 for funds to assist in the development, construction, acquisition, demolition or rehabilitation of single-family affordable homeownership or home improvement for low and moderate-income residents of Minnesota.
