1. 7:00 Kevin Blohm and Veda Vargo, 11708 Hollister Ave NW, Sugar Lake. (PID 206-011-002070) Site plan has been received and town board plans to make another site visit.
Lot line adjustment request.
2. 7:30 Todd Walock representing Dave and Brenda Stepp, 9019 Ingram Ave NW, Cedar Lake. (PID 206-022-000080 and 206-023-001180). Request variances to allow the replacement of existing 664 s/f walkout cabin with a new 1050.5 s/f one-level dwelling over a partial walkout basement, a 30 s/f loft and a 100 s/f attached garage (roadside) 60’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake, a deck to be 6’ from the south property line and the dwelling 10’ from the south line and also 10’ from the north property line on an undersized lot. The new structure will be connected to an existing septic system on the backlot that also serves the guesthouse on that lot.

and Adoption of the International Building Code.
Township Attorney Tim Young attended the October 2007 Annual Township Association Legal Seminar. Mr. Young forwarded a copy of the presentation on annexation and incorporation. (Clerk prepared a copy for each board member)
