Request for a variance to build a new 6’ wide wrap-around deck on the lakeside of existing dwelling that is 48’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake.
2. 7:20 Michael A. Strzyzewski, 6636 80th St
NW, Mink Lake, PID 206-049-001250.
Requests a variance to build a 24’x34’ addition, that includes two bedrooms, bath, laundry room and garage on the backside of existing cabin. The existing cabin is approximately 60’ from the lake at the closest corner. New addition is proposed 31.5 from the center line of township road and 15’ from the septic system on an undersized lot.
3. 7:30 Jason Kolles, property at 10171 Ireland Avenue NW

Request to open a gravel pit on 80 acres. Town Board has made a site visit.
4. Kevin Blohm-Veda Vargo, property location: 11708 Hollister Ave NW (PID 206-011-002070) (continued from 9/18/07 town board meeting). Request for lot line adjustment. Survey of property received and town board to make another site visit.
5. Elton and Gloria Schuette, 11341 Hollister Ave NW, (PID 206-056-004160 and 206-057-001060) Request for a portion of Hollister to be vacated. (Continued from 9/18/07)
6. Robert Dahl, 6829 Ingram Ave NW. Road washout problem in front of driveway. A site plan detailing the blacktop repair and control of water runoff was forwarded to Sean Riley of Wright County Planning and Zoning.

Public Hearing Tuesday, October 9, 2007: Developers and landowners who intend to develop their property may attend and discuss the Corinna Township Subdivision Controls Ordinance.
2. Township Land and Cemetery at 108th Street. Land appraisal. Negotiate for purchase of private land that part of cemetery covers.
3. Junk Violations: A second letter was mailed, September 9, 2007, to violator that in 20 days if property is not in compliance, the case will be forwarded to appropriate agency for criminal prosecution. A copy of the relevant Wright County Zoning Ordinance sections were enclosed with the letter:

9. Minnesota Association of Townships Legal Seminar, October 11-12 at Ramada NW, Brooklyn Park. Attorney Tim Young forwarded the agenda and stated that this might be of interest to the town board. (copy to board)
