Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:10 Robert Pawelk, 10361 County Road 7 NW (PID 206-000-124103)  Request for variance

of  87’ from county road in order to add an 8’ covered deck or open porch to home.

3.         Jason Kalles, property at 10171 Ireland (continued from 9/4/07)  Request to open a gravel pit on 80 acres.  Town Board to make a site visit.

 

4.         Kevin Blohm-Veda Vargo, property location:  11708 Hollister Ave NW (PID206-011-002070).  Lot line adjustment.  Survey being mailed.

1.         Corinna Township Planning and Zoning.

            Update.

            Corinna Township Planning Commission Meeting:  September 13, 2007.

            Update.

2.         Elton and Gloria Schuette, Portion of Hollister Road Vacation.  Wright County Variance Hearing, September 7, 2007.  If building permit is allowed, an easement for a turnaround and perpetual use easement for neighbor, Peter Ramme are to be prepared.

3.         Robert Dahl, 6829 Ingram Ave NW (continued from 8/21/07)  Road washout problem in front of driveway.  Town Board to make a site visit.

4.            Township Land and Nearby Cemetery at 108th Street.  Survey received.

5.            Clearwater River Watershed District 8/27/07 notice.  Posted 8/31/07 Requested information placed:  agenda 9/4 and 9/18/07.

6.         Junk Violations:  As properties have not been cleaned up, a second letter was mailed to violators that in 20 days if property is not in compliance, the case will be forwarded to appropriate agency for criminal prosecution.  A copy of relevant Wright County Zoning Ordinance sections were enclosed.

            8111 Griffith Avenue NW, property owner, Richard Smith.  9/11, Mr. Smith called that a roll off bin of junk and a refrigerator are to be hauled away by Friday, September 14.  He said he has trimmed branches, and cut grass.  To prevent runoff, a buffer of 8-10’ of grass area is not mowed along the beach.  Two bags of collected aluminum cans alongside house will be removed.

7.         Audit for 2006.  John Dearing inquired as to delay of Audit Report.  Rick Borden of LarsonAllen stated the report would be in mail and he would offer an apology at the next town board meeting.

8.         Permits issued:  8/6-9/6/07 (18) 4-new homes; 1-remodel home; 1-addition to home; 1-plumbing; 1-mechanical; 8-septic systems; and 2-agriculturual buildings.

9.            Proposed Levy Certification:  The levy to be raised by taxation for the payable year of 2008  is: General Revenue, $187,000; Road and Bridge, $744,000 and Service Debt, $282,004. Certification was forwarded to Wright County Auditor, September 10, 2007.

10.            AutoMark Delay:  Mandated use of the Automark equipment for township elections has been postponed until at least 2009.  Approved at 9/11/07 special session.
