Copies of the previous meeting minutes and this meeting’s agenda along with the list of claims to be paid are available for those attending this meeting.

Requests to be on the agenda:
1.         Mike Strzyzkewski, property owner in Mink Lake Area.  Vacant house at 8038 Griffith Ave NW has broken windows, open doors and has been abandoned for some time.  Wishes to have the house boarded up as many neighbors with children live in the neighborhood.

1.         Corinna Township Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting, Thursday, April 10.  Agenda:  Training:  Permitting and Public Hearing
2.         Corinna Township Planning and Zoning:  Update.
3.         Northwest Quadrant Comprehensive Plan.  Committee:
Meeting #2:Aggregate , Thursday, April 3,1:30 pm, Government Center
Meeting #2 Natural Resources/Water Quality, Monday, April 7, 1:30p.m.,                                      Government Center.
4.         Road Maintenance Agreement with City of Annandale.  3/19/08 Town Board letter to City asking to discuss our expectations for an Orderly Annexation Agreement that would include shared road maintenance.
5.         Request for MNDOT reimbursement for Road Maintenance Expense during Highway 24 Reconstruction.  Signed Agreement, Resolution and invoice mailed 3/19/08.
Tony Hughes, District Soils Engineers stated 4-6 weeks before payment.
6.         Schuette Easements, 11341 Hollister Ave NW.  Schuette’s are to sign the documents.
7.         Kevin Blohm, 11708 Hollister Ave NW.  If Kevin Blohm wishes to proceed with a road vacation, Easement Deed is to be forwarded to township.
8.         Gravel Tax Distribution:  John Dearing to procure documented gravel yardage  hauled from each pit.
9.         Schlenner Wenner and Co, Auditor.  Completed 2007 Audit is to be presented at  an April Town Board Meeting.
10.       Township Officers 2008 Spring Short Course, March 24 at St. Cloud.  John Dearing and Chuck Carlson were to attend.
11.       Corinna Township Park Fees.  John Dearing offered to locate information.
12.       Community Growth Options:  Application for Corinna Township to be one of the ten communities to participate in this six-year project offered by McKnight Foundation/1000 Friends of Minnesota.  Update.
13.       Gravel, Hauling and Dustcoating Bids:  Set bid opening date and requirements.
14.       Wright County Township Association Annual Meeting, Thursday, April 3, 2008, 7:30 p.m.  Agenda:  Election of Director from Buffalo Township and MEADA presentation by Margaret Munson.
15.       Local Board of Appeal and Equalization:  Thursday, April 10, beginning at 3 p.m. at the town hall.  If a person wishes to make an appointment, call the clerk or the Assessor, Ken Yager at 963-6219.
16.       Highway 55 Corridor Coalition Meeting:  Tentatively set for Friday, April 18, at 9:30 a.m. at Hennepin County Medina Office.
