1.  7:15            Merle Anderson, Administrator, Clearwater River Watershed District:  Petition for Conditional Use Permit for removal of existing material stockpiled (approximately 27,000 c/yd) from lake improvement projects.  Due to very large size of the stockpile, a mining permit is required.  (Hearing Date:  Thursday, February 14, 2008, 8 p.m.)  (Town Board Copy: CRWD ltr, 1/19/08 to WrCy P&Z).

1.                  Corinna Township Planning and Zoning

A.     Township Board will meet with Wright County Commissioners, Committee of the Whole, Tuesday, February 19, 2008, 5 p.m., at Commissioners’ Board Room. (Post)

B.     Ltr, 1/15//08, Peter Tiede, Attorney at Law, to John Baker, Wright County Attorney, confirming that all documents county had requested were forwarded.

C.     Ltr, 1/16/08, Peter Tiede, Attorney at Law, to Town Board.  Forwarded perspective comments in advance of the Commissioners’ meeting.(copy for town board)

D.     Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Thursday, February 14, 2008, 7 p.m.

1.                  Agenda:  Public Hearing for Comprehensive Plan and Land Use and Shoreland Ordinance.

            1/28/08 E-Mail Response to Tom Salkowski from Chuck Marohn that documents for hearing are the same as been previously adopted.

A. Ltr, 1/16/08, City of Annandale.  City will take in consideration the 12/28/07 letter from Corinna Township Board and 1/14/08 Letter from Ross Danielson, owner of Outlot A.  City will also take into consideration the concerns of the current property owners or any new property owner in time of Development.  (copy for town board)                                               

B.  Ltr, 1/28/08, City of Annandale.  State of Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings approving the annexation of the Danielson property.(copy for board)

3.               Annandale-Maple Lake Regional Wastewater Facility:  Bolton and Menk, Inc., Consulting Engineers and Surveyors, forwarded a copy of the construction plan

                  for extending the sanitary sewer forcemain from Annandale and Maple Lake to the new Treatment Facility on County Rd 7 south of County Road 105. (Plan on file).

4.               Tim Young, Township Attorney, forwarded memo covering Torrens Actions Affecting Road Rights of Way. (copy for town board) 

5.               Operating Engineers Local #49, Auditor letter 1/16/08.  Letter informs the town board that after an audit of the town records, confirms that previously submitted reports to the Fund Office are in agreement.

6.*             Dearing Construction, Inc.  Proposal to construct a lunchroom in the maintenance building.  (Copy for town board)

7.               Northwest Quadrant Comprehensive Plan.  Ltr 1/18/08, Tom Salkowski, Wright County P&Z, request for appointments to Annandale and Maple Lake City transition area committees.  (copy letter to town board)

                  A.  Open House, Monday, January 28, 2008, Annandale High School. (For  Corinna, French Lake and Southside Townships and Annandale and South Haven.)  Comment.

8.               Wright County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Planning Meeting, January 31 at 7 p.m., Wright County Government Center.  John Dearing and Richard Naaktgeboren were representatives.

9.               State Auditor request for Best Practice Review of local government operations.  The focus is a township review for reducing energy costs..  Survey to be completed by February 15, 2008.  (copy of survey for board members)

10.             M and M Bus Service:  2007 Collections/tests performed by M and M Bus Service.  Reminder to keep employee lists updated.

12.             2008 Local Board of Appeal is Thursday, April 10, 2008, 3 p.m., at Town Hall.

13.             Junk Amnesty will be Saturday, July 26, 2008. 

14.             Corinna Township Annual Meeting and Election.  Election hours will be from 10                                    a.m. to 8 p.m. with the Annual Meeting following at 8:15 p.m.

                  Contact town clerk for an absentee ballot.  Ballots will be available for mailing February 8.
