1.         Corinna Township Planning and Zoning:

            A.  Wright County Board of Commissioner’s Meeting, Tuesday, January 15, 2008, 9 a.m.  Township request to administer planning and zoning, ordinances and specifically the shoreland provisions.  Comments.

            B.  Wright County Township Officers Association Quarterly Meeting, Wednesday, January 9, 2008.  Speaker:  Township Planner, Chuck Marohn presented update on township progress to administer planning and zoning.  Comments.

            C.  Corinna Township Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting, January 10, 2008.  Comments.

2.         City of Annandale:  Joint resolution for the annexation of Ross Danielson Rolling Ridge Acres.                                                                                                             

3.         2008 Local Board of Appeal and Equalization Dates:  Thursday, April 10, 2008.

Confirm date to Wright County Assessor.  Suggested future years meeting date information would be helpful.                          

3.         Wright County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Planning Meeting, Thursday, January 31, 7-9p.m., Wright County Government Center.  Kickoff meeting on disaster prevention planning.  Meeting purpose is to establish a working group or advisory committee comprised of official representatives of all 17 cities, 18 townships, County Board of Commissioners, Emergency Managers and representatives from local departments.  Each area is to be represented. 4.         Pay Equity Report for 2006. (continued 1/8/08)  Update on research.

5.            Property Compliance:  Wright County Attorney forwarded followup on two compliance letters.  (copy for board members)

6.         Junk Amnesty for 2008:  Set date.

7.         Permits issued:  12/7-12/24/07  (4):  1-Ag Building; 1-Storage Building; and 2-septic systems.
