1. 7:15 William Mavencamp, 6426 75th Street NW, Sommers Lake PID206-108-001010. Request to remove easement for access to land.
2. 7:30 Ron Falde Construction, for property owners Zickerman and Gage, 8038 Griffith Avenue NW, PID 206-017-002050. Request for a variance to construct a new home on a lot that is undersized. Lot is 65x150’. Minimuim size is 20,000 s/f.

1. Corinna Township P&Z Commission Meeting, July 10, 2008: Agenda: Zoning Commissioners Report; Alternative Shoreland Standards – Overview; Training Session – “Understanding and Interpreting Your Ordinances” and Zoning/Subdivision Administration and National Flood Insurance Program Application – updates.
2. Corinna Township Planning and Zoning: Update.
Letter to Commissioners states township residents and property owners desire local control of land use administration and request for a formal action to recognize proposals to administer land use administration that is effective and as restrictive as Wright County.
Request to Wright County Board of Commissioners that Corinna Land Use Administration be placed on July 29, 2008 Agenda.
Letter to Township Supervisors in Wright County asks for support that townships have the right to do local zoning without county applying a double charge to that township’s residents. A sample draft resolution is to be enclosed.
NW Quadrant Aggregate Committee Meeting. No date scheduled.
NW Quadrant Annandale/Maple Lake Transition Committee Meeting. No date scheduled.
NW Quadrant Water Quality/Natural Resource Committee Meeting, Monday, June 30 at Wright County Government Center, Room C118, 1:30 p.m. Agenda: Review of natural features map, informing property owners of changes discussion.
3. Ralph Walker, 11197 Hollister Ave NW and Charlotte Quiggle, Corinna Planning Commission Chairman, E-mails, June 23-25, 2008 Questions the legal right to place a dock on public property. (copies of e-mails to board, 6/26).
4. 91st Street Water Runoff Problem. A new street and the closure of an entrance at this area was part of Highway 24 reconstruction. Town Board to contact MNDOT.
5. All-Hazard Mitigation Plan Survey. Steve Berg response; assistance request.. (copy for board)
6. Town Buildings Hail Storm Damage Bids: Chuck Carlson
7. County Highway 6 Reconstruction Project. Open House June 19, 2008, at the Annandale City Hall. Comments.
8. Violations:
Milo Vail, 8008 Griffith Ave NW. 2nd letter, 6/20/08, Certified Mail, confirmed that if junk is not cleared and windows and doors boarded by, June 14, the township maintenance men will be directed to board these windows and doors and he will be charged for the expense.
Tawny Gage, 8038 Griffith Ave NW. Invoice, 6/19/08, Certified Mail, to Catharine Zickerman for township service of boarding windows and doors of house.
Rick Kullberg, 7990 Grunwald Ave NW. Township office has not received his property survey. Bushes to be removed by July 5, 2008.
Magdy Hanna, 10955 108th Street. Complaint that yard lawn has not been cut this year and branches from recent storm remain in yard. John Dearing to make site visit.
9. Junk Amnesty, July 26, 2008. Information for newsletter to be mailed mid-July.
10. Pay Equity Compliance. Letter 6/25/08, notificiation of compliance. (copy for town board) Certificate.
11. Highway 55 Corridor Coalition Meeting, June 27, 2008. Comment.
12. Township Audit. Contact with Schlenner, Wenner, Public Accountants for date when audit will be presented to the town board.
13. Highway 24 Cemetery: Coordinate cemetery survey with landowner. Request attorney to make changes.
14. Wright County Township Officers Association Quarterly Meeting and Dinner, Wednesday, July 9, 2008. Dinner at 7 p.m., meeting to follow at the Clearwater Township Hall. Request for number that will attend.
15. Wright County Public Health. Prevention of Tick/Mosquito Transmitted Disease. Two posters on town bulletin board and info to maintenance men. (copy for Town Board)
16. Wild Parsnip is an invasive and highly toxic plant that is making inroads into Wright County, information forwarded by Charlotte Quiggle, Chairman Corinna Planning Commission. Charlotte attended a recent Wright County Soil and Water Meeting that provided details for identification and control. (information forwarded to town board 6/18/08 and print out for maintenance men)
