Requests to be on the Agenda:
1. 7:00 Merle Anderson, Clearwater River Watershed District Administrator: Kyle Allison residence at 9940 91st Street NW. Need for new culvert so that water does not cross yard.
2. 7:30 Bob Brobant, 11920 Gulden Ave NW, Jim Dearing, Contractor. Plans are to remodel residence. Requests for variances for too close to centerline of road; too close to ordinary highwater mark of the lake; undersized lot and continued use of holding tank.
3. Wright County Board of Adjustment Response Form: Falde Brother Construction for property owner - Gage, 8038 Griffith Ave NW. Request for variance to allow construction of a 1,461’ dwelling on an undersized lot.

2. Corinna Township Planning and Zoning: Update
CGI Township Planner, Ben Oleson meeting with Tom Salkowski, Mon., June 9.
NW Quadrant Aggregate Committee meeting Thursday, June 5 at the Wright County Government Center. Comment
NW Quadrant Annandale Transition Committee Meeting, Monday, June 9, 2 p.m.
Comment. Supervisor Dick Naaktgeboren planned to attend.
3. Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49 Agreement. Signed Agreement on file.
Effective July 1, 2008, Local 49 union dues will increase by fifty cents. (letter copy to board, Mark and Doug)
4. Orderly Annexation Agreement with City of Annandale. City forwarded agreement for town board signature.
5. County Highway 6 Reconstruction Project. Project Memorandum is available for review and comment. Open House was June 9, at Annandale City Hall Community Room.
6. Violations:
Milo Vail, 8008 Griffith Ave NW: Second letter June 4, 2008 stated that junk must be cleared and for safety concerns by June 14, windows and doors must be boarded or township will board these windows and doors and property owner will be charged for the expense.
Tawny Gage, 8038 Griffith Ave NW. Second letter, June 4, 2008. Letter stated that for safety concerns the abandoned house will have its windows and doors boarded by the township maintenance department and property owner will be charged for the expense.
Steven Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. Letter 4/22/08 stated property to be cleaned up by May 22, 2008. Town Board Supervisor to check property.
Rick Kullberg, 7990 Grunwald Ave NW. Second Letter June 5, 2008, as bushes have not been moved, Mr. Kullberg is to provide the town board with a valid survey that the bushes are on the Kullberg property or he is toremove the bushes by July 5, 2008.
7. Wright County Planning and Zoning: Letter, 6/5/08 re: Junk Complaints - Sample format to follow for good success with prosecution when the landowner refuses to heed the Township’s warnings. (copy for board)
8. Town Hall and Salt Shed Hail Storm Damage. May 28, adjuster examined buildings and prepared report. Chuck Carlson offered to check insurance coverage.
Two estimates on each building are to be obtained.
9. Fireworks Sales Permit. Information as to how a permit is obtained.
10. Wright County Officers’ Association Plans for Parades: Corinna will provide a vehicle to pull a float in the Annandale July 4 Parade. Update.
11. Junk Amnesty, July 26, 2008. Website has announcement and charges.
12. Election Equipment Maintenance. The M100 and Automark machines were delivered to Wright County facility where technicians from Election Systems and Software will perform maintenance. This is one time opportunity prior to fall elections that maintenance will be done without cost to townships.
13. State Demographer Annual Population and household estimate for Corinna Township. April 1, 2007 – 2007 population estimate is 2,388.
April 1, 2007 – 2007 household estimate is 988.
All challenges must be submitted in writing.
14. Easement Deed for Mr. and Mrs. Elton Schuette: June 4, 2008,Town Attorney, Tim Young, forwarded letter with original recorded Easement Deed and Deed of Appurtenant Easement from Schuette to Ramme. Mr. Young considers matter complete.
June 6, Statement for township services along was forwarded to Mr.Mrs.Schuette.

15. Road Vacation for Kevin Blohm and Veda Vargo. After recorded copy of the Road Vacation was received, statement for services was mailed to Blom/Vargo.

Rockford Historical Society, E-M 6/10/08: Received grant to complete a structural survey of the Ames-Florida-Stork House. Proposals to provide greater public accessibility of the house are part of the plans.
Quinlan Thomson West – Offers Zoning Bulletin that offers concise and accurate information and is instrumental in helping zoning officials to stay up to date.
Central MN Council on Aging: Invitation to Regional Forum to discuss results of surveys to assist with planning for an aging population – Monticello Community Center, June 24, 10-11:30 a.m.
