1.             Corinna Township P&Z Commission Meeting, Thursday, June 12.  Agenda:  Zoning Administrator’s Report, update on Administration Project and Alternative Shoreland Standards – Overview.
2.             Corinna Township Planning and Zoning:  Update.
1000 Friends of Minnesota Ltr 5/23/08 confirmed receipt of application for the Community Growth Options Program and application is currently under consideration. (copy for board members)
3.             Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49 Agreement.  Signed Agreement with Union Officials has not been received.
4.             Orderly Annexation Agreement with City of Annandale.
Annexation Agreement on City Council Agenda for June 2, 2008.
5/29 Rhonda Pagel of Young, Brown and Pagel, called that she is forwarding two or three comments regarding the Annexation Agreement 
5.             County State Aid Highway 6 Reconstruction Project.  Project Memorandum has been received for review and comment.  Open House June 19, 4:30 p.m. at Annandale City Hall Community Room.
6.             Wright County Soil and Water, ltr 5/20/08, Grant awarded for Comprehensive Weed Management Area in Wright County to control the spread of wild parsnip. Informal meeting for wild parnip weed control is scheduled for June 4, 7:00-8:00 AM, Wright County Public Works Building. Registration appreciated.
7.             Wright County Hazard Mitigation Project.  Data Collection document to be forwarded to Wright County Emergency Management by Friday, June 13, 2006. (Copy for each board member)
8.             Junk Violations:
Milo Vail, 8008 Griffith Ave NW.  Second violation letter.  Clean up by             6/11/08.
Tawny Gage, 8038 Griffith Ave NW.  Windows and doors of house to be boarded by May 30, 2008 or township maintenance department will be directed to do the work and property owner will be billed for the materials and labor.
Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW.  Deadline to clean up property - May 30, 2008.
9.         Joseph Paulmen, 6686 75th Street NW, telephone call, 5/23/08.  Appreciated township response regarding road shoulders along 75th.  Does understand road shoulderss may take some major reconstruction, but wishes board could remedy this shoulder problem.
10.       Town Hall and Salt Shed Hail Storm Damage.  May 28, Adjuster examined the buildings and is preparing a report.
11.       Request for fireworks sale permit.  Forwarded caller to Wright County Planning and Zoning for a permit.
12.       Edward Beadle, 117th Street NW, Letter of 5/27/08.  Thanks for “Dead End Sign” and for the gravel and build up at Knowles Ave onto 117th. (copy for Mark Miller and Board)
13.       Minnesota Association of Townships:  Membership Cards for each member of town board.
Wright County Officers Association: Karen McDougal, E-Mail 5/29/08.  Need people to participate in float for parades.    Buffalo, Sunday, June 14,  Howard Lake, Sunday, June 22 and Annandale, Friday, July 4.  Need ideas, riders, unit pullers, donations, decorators.
