4. Road Maintenance Agreement with City of Annandale: Rolling Ridge Acres.
5. Truck Purchase: Daimler Chrysler forwarded file copy of the Installment Purchase Agreement.
6. Request to MNDOT for reimbursement for Road Maintenance expense, Highway 24 Reconstruction: MNDOT ltr, 3/7/08: Request for approval of the proposed agreement for payment for additional maintenance required as roads were used as part of unofficial detour routes (Resolution 2008-7) (agreement and letter copy)

Township Attorney Mr. Young forwarded copy of letter, 3/12/08, to Mr.Blohm that in order to move the road right-of-way next to property, the township must have the road vacated which releases rights of the public to the road. (Copy)
10. Gravel Tax Distribution: Wright County response. (copy)
11. Annual Meeting, March 11, 2008:
Levy will be certified to Wright County as: General: $189,440 and Road and Bridge: $747,964 (which includes $2,000 for Road Signing, an additional item approved at the annual meeting)
Voters: 294 (one supervisor) Churck Carlson, 204 and Mona Steinhaus, 90.
12. Schlenner Wenner and Co, Auditor: Audit to be completed for presentation at a town board meeting in April.
13. Township Officers 2008 Spring Short Course, St. Cloud, Monday, March 24, 2008. Registration fee which may be paid at the door is $40 per person.
14. Cleaning Service: Prepare contract with applicant.
15. Permit: (1/19-2/29/08 (1) Pressurized Mounds Permit
16. Highway 55 Corridor Coalition Meeting: Tentatively set for Friday, April 18, 2008 at 9:30 at Hennepin County Medina Office. An agenda will be sent prior to the meeting.
17. Vacation: The clerk will be not available Monday-Friday, March 24-28. Telephone messages will be recorded. If immediate assistance is needed, caller should contact one of the board supervisors.
18. Local Board of Appeal and Equalization: Thursday, April 10, beginning at 3 p.m.
