Requests to be on the agenda:
1. 7:15 Kim Wetzel, 6758 County Road 5, PID 206000311204. Request a variance to build a new garage 24x36, 130’ from road. Current garage is 94’ from centerline of road.
2. 7:30 Robert Bayard, 10760 Imhoff Avenue, Sugar Lake, PID 206083000150. Requests variance to allow enclosure of 12x 24 deck into a four-season porch and add a new 5x12 deck to the side of porch 66’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake. (copy of application for town board)
3. 7:45 Ron Hadler, 8363 114th Street NW, PID 206000034303. Request for information of placement of neighbor’s fence. If fence on property line, are both property owners responsible for maintenance?
4. Whispering Pines Golf Course. 3.2 license renewal.

1. Corinna Township P&Z Commission Meeting, May 8, 2008. Comments.
2. Corinna Township Planning and Zoning:
Town Board/Wright County Commissioners Meeting scheduled for May 12 was cancelled by Wright County Commissioners.
Township response to Wright County Commissioners’ request for “Memorandum of Understanding”
Proposed Amendments to Wright County Ordinance No. 99-02 Adopting the Minnesota State Building Code. (5/8 copy to Town Board and CGI)
Proposal for McKnight Foundation grant.
Wright County P&Z, 5/9 Ltr: Livestock building notification (town board copy)
3. Easement: Corinna Township/ Schuette/ Ramme, 11341 Hollister Ave NW
Tim Young, Township Attorney, Letter 5/8/08: Easements prepared and forwarded for signature. Attorney’s office will prepare easement documents for recording.
4. Road Vacation, Addison Bay. Blohm-Vargo. Documents have been forwarded to the Wright County Recorder. MN DNR letter of 5/2/08 reviewed proposed vacation and there were no objections.
5. Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49 Agreement: The collective bargaining agreement has been prepared for approval and signature. Maintenance Men are to complete dues deduction cards.
6. Orderly Annexation Agreement with City of Annandale: 5/12/08 letter, City of Annandale, forwarded proposal of a couple changes under section 3B. ( 5/15 E-mail Board)
7. Wastewater Treatment Facility: Ltr Township Attorney, Tim Young, 5/7/08.
8. Bid Opening for Gravel, Gravel Hauled and Spread, Dust Control and Crackfill: All persons presenting a bid received a letter stating bid accepted or not accepted. A request for a copy of Liability Insurance was included in the accepted bid letters.
9. Jenkins Avenue Road Improvement. 5/10/08 Letter to Alison/Marge Kennedy for township to purchase “fill”.
10. Wright County Futures Project Meeting topic: Foreclosures in Wright County, May 15, Rockford Town Hall. Chuck Carlson and Richard Naaktgeboren planned to attend. Comment.
11. Junk Violations:
Milo Vail, 8008 Griffith Ave NW. Deadline to remove junk; May 8, 2008.
Tawny Gage, 8038 Griffith Ave NW. John Dearing to make follow up call as to why building is not boarded up or removed.
Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. Deadline to clean up property: May 22, 2008.
Ron Worden, 9167 Kilbury Ave NW. Assistant Wright County Attorney was notified that junk and vehicles remain in the yard but the items may have been moved to a different area in the yard.
12. Rick Kullberg, 7990 Grunwald Ave NW. In response to property owner complaint that Mr. Kullberg planted a hedge at the gravel edge of the road, Supervisor John Dearing made a site visit. John determined that Mr. Kullberg must move the hedge so that it will not be closer than 15’ from the road. Notification mailed May 13, 2008.
13. Joseph Paumen, 6686 75th St NW, E-mail 5/8/08. Concern for the shoulder maintenance on 75th Street. (5/8/08 fwd E-mail to town board )
14. Gravel Tax Distribution: 5/9 E-mail Wright County Auditor sated that payment was for collection July thru September and balance will be disbursed in 2009. (5/12 E-mail to town board)
15. Seasonal and residential classification totals: Ken Yager forwarded information that from a county printout that the township has 985 seasonal and 1105 residential property owners.
16. Building Permits (4/3-4/29) – 13: 1-sgl dwelling; 1-Residing; 1-Fireplace; 1-Ag Building; 1-Grain Bin; 1-Water Accessory Structure; 2- Holding tanks; 1-miscellaneous building; 4-Reroof; and 1-Plumbing.
