Request to be on Agenda:

1. 7:00 Joyce Martin, 75th and Isaak (continued, 4/6/04)  Request for variances to        enclose             a boat house and build a garage on an undersized lot, too close to road, and side lots too close to property line.  Plans to erect a windmill to generate electricity.       Board requested sketch of property and garage placement.       CANCELLED.

2. 7:15 Marilyn Andersen, 10761 Hendricks Ave NW.  Request variance to build an    addition to house that would be too close to lake.

3. 7:30 Kelly Hartneck, contractor representing Steve Wiltermuth, 11955 Hart Avenue             NW.  Plan is to remove existing cabin and garage for construction of a new house.         Request variances for undersized lot and too close to lake.  Request placing sewer pipe across road to land that he also owns.       

4. 7:45 Jim Petersen, 11074 Hoyer Ave NW.  Plans to build a house that would need   variances of a sidelot at 10’ and 69’ from the ordinary high water mark of the           lake.  Has survey and plans.

5. 8:00 Steve Paumen, parcel corner of CyRd 123 and 100th St NW.  Request for                                variance of 82.6’ setback from the center line of road for contruction of a house.

6. 8:15 John Kittok, 8016 Irvine.  Plans to build a garage with an attic that need            variances for 5’ to property line on North side  and at 10’ on other side and                        20’ from road edge.  Existing garage is 18.44’ from road edge.   

7. 8:30 A. C. Lambrecht, Somers Lake, 7977 Greer Ave NW.  Plans to construct a 20x24      addition to house that is 70’ from the ordinary high water mark from the lake.and      a 20x12 deck at the lakeside of house.

8. 8:45 Steve and Terri Wuolett, 8716 79th St NW and neighbors.  Discuss paving for 79th Street NW, Cedar Acres

Other Items and Old Business:

1.         Rick and Debbie Erickson, cabin at 103rd St NW, west side of Clearwater Lake.

            Road elevation project estimate.  Barbara Johnson, 11670 103rd Street NW,    requested and was mailed a copy 3/16/04 Meeting Minutes  the Erickson request.           

2.         Corinna Township Hall Rental Policy:  Policy as adopted at 4/6/04 township      meeting is prepared for signature.  Application was mailed to resident requesting    use of the town hall in June.

 

3.                  Agreement for future orderly annexation agreements between Corinna Township and the City of Maple Lake.  Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 22, 2004 at the Maple Lake City Hall, 7 p.m.

4.                  City of Maple Lake Annexation from Corinna Township, as approved February 17, 2004.  Administration of Minnesota, Municipal Boundary Adjustments Office, acknowledged receipt of joint resolution. (copy of letter at  meeting).

5.                  Isaak Avenue to 75th and 78th Street Project:  Comments.  

           Wright County Highway Dept. responded to Mr. Wagner’s request.  The 78th                           Street sign at County Road 6 will be moved to a better location.

           Attorney Tim Young is in process of forwarding easement agreements to                       affected property owners.  Attorney notified Marty Campion, Engineer, that                     the paving project  bid was awarded to Buffalo Bituminous.

6.                  80th Street/Hemlock Road Improvement.  Attorney Tim Young is obtaining easement agreements.  A temporary grading easement was noted. (copy of letter Mr. Young sent to Marty Campion,  at meeting).  Attorney notified Marty Campion, Engineer, the paving project bid was awarded to Buffalo Bituminous.

7.                  2nd Partial Payment for Whispering Pines and Somers Lake Projects approved by Engineer.  (copy of payment request at meeting).

8.                  State Auditor report:  Minnesota Township Finances:  2002 Revenues, Expenditures and Debt.  (letter and report at meeting)

9.                  Topfer Road Relocation Project

11.              Highway 55 Corridor Coalition  Latest Meeting was held Friday, April 16, 2004.  March 19 meeting minutes and April 16 Agenda is on file.

12.              Larson, Allen, Auditors.  Audit report in final form with letter stating auditor’s responsibility and policies and a letters stating reporting conditions and comment regarding new financial reporting requirements, GASB, for Year of 2004.  (Audit Report and two letters available at meeting).  One copy of the Audit in final form was mailed to the Office of the State Auditor.

13.              Permits 3/16/04-3/31/04 (4) 2-Homes; 1-Addition, 1-Septic System.

14.              Board of Appeal and Equalization: Tuesday, April 27, 2004, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the township hall  Legal notices were placed in two newspapers and posted at town hall..

15.              Clearwater River Watershed District  Informational Meeting¨   Saturday, May 8, 2004, 9-11:30 A.M. at township hall.  Meeting objective is to communicate types of sewer systems available for township residents.  The Watershed District requested and has reimbursed expense for obtaining property owner address labels.

                  Admin Minnesota: State of Minnsota solicitation for road salt for 2004-                         05 season and Primary Contract for Hazardous Waste Management.
