Saturday morning May 6, light refreshments at 8:30 a.m., meeting at 9:00 a.m.

Personal invitations, announcement on township website and a post card mailed to all property owners. Refreshments and set up committees?

Township Comprehensive Plan Planning Task Force: First meeting is to be planned for April. Names of those appointed are to be forwarded to Andrew Mack.

2. Topfer’s Sugar Lake Beach, Second Addition, former 106th Street Road Vacation.

Hearing scheduled for town board meeting, April 18, 2006, 7::00 p.m. Each parcel owner received a mailed notice and legal notice was published and posted.

3. Board of Appeal and Equalization, April 12, 2006, 3 p.m. at town hall. Legal notices posted and published.

4. Requests for Bids (Gravel, Hauling, Mg Chloride Dustcdoating for Roads and Recycling Contract). Bid opening date is April 12, immediately following the Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting but after 4 p.m. Legal notices placed in newspapers and posted. Courtesy copies of the request for bids were mailed to previous year’s bidders.

7. Greater West Metro Humane Society, ltr 3/30/06. Policy in receiving impounded animals from townships that do not currently have an impound contract. (board member copy E-Mail with agenda)

8. Wright County Township Officer Annual Trip to the Capitol, Monday April 3, 2006, State Office Building, Room 300 South. Questions call Karen – 763-477-5484.

9. Wright County Township Officer’s Association Annual Meeting, Thurs., April 6, 2006, 8 p.m., Wright County Government Center

10. MN DNR Regional Director for Central Region, forwarded two products that should be informative and useful as township plans for community. Ameregis report examines projected growth and development pressures at the level of cities and townships and a CD handbook – provides natural resource-based planning guidance for those with limited to full capacity staff, technology and funding.
