Plan to construct a new home on a parcel that is undersized at 15,000 s/f. Plan to update septic system and well. Have survey and plans,

2. 7:15 Bill Westhoff, Market Retreat, PID 206-000-273273, Corner 70th St & County Road 6.

Request to rezone 40 acres of land, AgR2. Concept plan has been forwarded to town office.

3. 8:30 Bonnie and Ed Kelly, PID 206-040-001030, 8528 County Road 6 NW. Propose to remove existing garage and build a new garage and three-season porch, extend kitchen and front entry and covered deck, add addition to bedroom and deck, remove existing deck on lakeside and add a new deck with walkway. Also remove 8x12 storage building and replace with 20x24 storage building. (Proposal attached)

4. 8:45 Ron Worden, PID 206-030-001230, 9167 Kilbury Ave NW. Request that road water run off problem be corrected.

Other Items:

1. 103rd Street Reconstruction. Update

2. Special Town Meeting to consider construction of a new town hall, Tuesday, August 23, 2005, 7 p.m., town hall. Notice was placed in town newspapers and individual letters were mailed to each property owner.

3. Junk Amnesty, July 30, 2005. Report due when all invoices have been received. Several pictures of the event are to be placed on the website.

4. Junk Violations:

Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. At 8/2/2005 town board meeting, deadline was extended as property owner is making progress in cleaning up his land.

5. City of Annandale Land Use Plan Update. Meeting Thursday, August 25, 2005, Annandale City Hall, 5:30-7:00 p.m.

6. Don Riley, 8596 Griffith and neighbor Robert Balogh. Wright County Board of Adjustment determined that township should prepare a Quit Claim Deed so that the vacated road may become Mr. Riley’s property. Mr. Riley is to forward a survey and parcel numbers so that township attorney may prepare the deed.

7. Paul Schaffer of 7507 Ingram (telephone call). Requested procedure to have Illsley road be paved (the road between #7 and Highway 55). Clerk forwarded a sample petition.

8. 2005 Minnesota Fall Maintenance Expo, October 5 and 6, 2005, St. Cloud Public Works Facility. Information given to Mark and Doug.

9. Annexation Seminar. Tom Salkowski, Wright County Planning and Zoning, forwarded a notice for a seminar that our township board may be interested in attending. (Copy available at meeting.)
