2. 79TH AND Iten Paving Project. Town Attorney, Tim Young, forwarded updated timetable (copy available at meeting). August 11, Bids are to be opened. Notice of Public Hearing on Assessment, August 16, 2005, at 8 p.m. has been mailed to property owners.

3. 103rd Street Reconstruction Update.

4. Special Town Meeting covering information to consider construction of a new town hall, Tuesday, August 23, 2005, 7 p.m., town hall.

Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. Deadline extended as property owner is making progress in cleaning up his land.

Hansford Gordon, property at 6400 102nd St NW. Violation referred to County Sheriff for action.

8. City of Annandale. Town Board attended meeting, July 21, 2005 at the City Hall to discuss a proposed Land Use Plan that the City intends to use as a guide for development.

9. Silver Creek Informational Invitation to meeting, July 26, 2005: Topic:Advances and technology concerning septic systems and topics concerning lakes, wetlands and developments.

10. HAVA Work Group to develop a plan to purchase voting equipment that can be used by all voters including voters with disabilities. Wright County Election Supervisor would like names of those interested in serving on this committee.

11. Darrell Dahl, 7630 106th Street (telephone request). At the Topfer Road Holding Pond, the drainage pipe appears to be too low. Feels pond needs to build up as it is a large pond that may never need to drain. Suggested that a pipe elbow be installed to raise exit point and would keep water at a higher level so that pond would fill to at least ¾ full. If someone makes a site inspection, he would be available to discuss this need.

12. Ken Yager, Township Assessor, (telephone call). Reported that he has completed his review area. He will be responding to parcel building changes beginning in September. Sales of property have not slowed down.
