1. Trace Development’s petition for Eighty Acres to be Annexed to City of Annandale.

12/8/05 State Chief Administrative Law Judge reviewed and accepted the resolution for orderly annexation. (Copy of hearing action and memorandum to board at meeting)

2. City of Annandale Land Use Plan. Discussion and possible action.

3. Community Growth Institute. (Ken Jude) Discussion. Consider entering into an agreement.

4. Town Hall Construction. Update.

5. HAVA mandates that all elections have compatible ballots and programming for assisted voter machines. Letter from Don Sherper, District 7 Director suggests that towns consider a resolution that the use of assisted voter machines would be cost prohibitive for local elections. (Sample resolution available at meeting)

6. Federal Funding Candidate Project Solicitation Notice, Wright County Department of Highways. If township has a candidate project, appropriate forms may be obtained from Wright County Department of Highways. (copy of notice available at meeting).

7. 103rd Street Road Project. Department of Army Corps of Engineers authorized fill over wetlands adjacent to Clearwater Lake ( letter on file) (EMail letter to board, 12/10/05)

8. Market Retreat revised Preliminary Plat. Paul Otto, Engineer, forwarded a copy of the revised Preliminary Plat. Requests comments or questions. (Received these drawings the day after Mr. Otto and Mr. Westhoff attended the town meeting of Dec. 6.)

9. Thank You Note: Nancy Dunn, 11046 Hoyer. Appreciates the work done on the turnaround at the end of Hoyer Avenue and secondly appreciates the prompt plowing of the roads. (Card to Maintenance Men)
