1. 7:00 Don and Maryls Engfer,8024 Irvine Ave NW. Complaint of Irvine Ave parking problem and the Engfers feel they are not in violation of P&Z ordinance. 11/9/2004 P&Z forwarded a letter to property owners of Spruce Grove 2^nd Addition stating that backlots to lakeshore residences on Cedar Lake are in violation of being over 25% of lot being covered by impervious surfaces such as decks, pavements, etc. 11/15, in response to Mrs. Enger’s telephone call, the clerk suggested she call Wr Cy Ass’t Planner, Barry Rhineberger, for the property violation details. Township Office has received two letters 11/16 and 11/22 from Engfer (Meeting: Board copies of letters and P&Z letter).

December 3, 2004 P&Z individual letters: Re: Impervious surface on backlot over 25% coverage: Thomas Kay, 7978 Irvine; David Lindholm, 7958 Irvine; Laurence Tysk, 8045 Irvine; John Kittok, 8016 Irvine; Donald Enger, 8548 Irvine. (Meeting: Board copies of letters)

2. 7:15 Ken Braun, Jasper and 67^th Street Development. Request developer agreement for road. Has engineering road plans and design. 3. 7:30 Ray and Marie Howard, 8270 Irvine. Plan to construct home which would cover more than 15% of parcel. He owns parcel across road. Wishes to vacate road.

3. 103^rd Street Reconstruction. Update.

4. 110^th and Gulden Road Change. Naaktgeboren share of costs.

5. 89^th Street Paving Project. Informational Hearing?

6. John Foster, 11796 Knowles Ave NW. Site visit. Previous request at Nov. 9 town meeting to have 118^th Street vacated, part he refers to as his driveway.

7. Wright County Planning Commission Public Hearing for Amendment to Zoning Ordinance. (copy to board at 11/9 mtg) Response due prior to 12/16/2004.

8. P&Zoning Office requests township to followup on complaint. Check property at 8885 Gowan Avenue to verify stockpile of cars, boats, and trailors behind house.

Another complaint is property at 11718 Kramer. Large yard is full of vehicles and parts.

9. Wright County Water Management Task Force Appointment. Individuals with a strong interest in water quality are encouraged to submit a letter of interest by December 10^th. (Email: Ltr, to Bd 11/19)

10. MNDOT Public Meeting to share information on Long Range Transportation Plan, 11/22/2004. )(Ltr, to BdEmail 11/11)

MNDOT Ltr 11/23/2004 Candidate Project Solicitation Notice for Federal Transportation Funding. Application deadline 1/14/2005. (Meeting: Copy for Board)

12/1 WrCy Highway Dept ltr: submit project application to Wright County no later than noon Tuesday, January 4, 2005.

12. Recycling Pick Up Dates for Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Wright County Recycling gave residents flyers that:

14. TH 55 Coalition – Full Membership Meeting, 11/19/2004. Comments.

15. Wright County Auditor/Treas and County Election Supervisor Meeting Notice. Thursday,December 9, 7 p.m. for Township and City Election Clerks. Input regarding the recent elections so that future elections will be conducted better.

16. Filing Notice: Filing dates are Tuesday, December 28, 2004 to Tuesday, January 11, 2005, 5 p.m. for officer to be elected as (1) supervisor for three years, the term of David Stumpf, expiring. Notice is to be published and posted weeks of December 6 and 13.
