Approve or Amend:  Township Meeting Minutes, January 18, 2005.

Approve or Amend:   Consent to the February 1, 2005 Agenda or add/remove items.

Requests to be on the agenda:

1. 7:00 Stan and Kathy Tekiela, 6918 80th Street NW, represented by Bob Stein, contractor.  (BofA 2/11/05) Requests a variance to allow the remodeling and expansion of the existing dwelling that is 716 s/f  by adding a new roof, build a 24x30 two-story addition (over a crawl space) and an 8’ covered porch 7’ from the south property line and 35’ from the ordinary highwater mark of lake.

2. 7:15 Bob Schut, property location: 9800 Ireland, w ½ of S qtr S10,Twp121,R27, John Peery, Real Estate Representative.  Parcel zoned Agricultural.  Request for rezoning for division of parcel into seven lots, 85 acres.  Otto Engineering has prepared an overlay.

3.  7:30 Ken Yager, Corinna Township Assessor.  Review parcel and home sales for the Year of 2004.  If Board has questions, Mr. Yager will be prepared to answer them.

Maintenance Men Meeting:  Mark Miller, Doug Smith

1.         Mark Miller Vacation:  Feb 11-14 and Feb 25-28.

Other Items:

1.         Portion of Irvine Road to be vacated.    No update.

2.         103rd Street Reconstruction:  Engineering completed?

3.         89th Street and Linn Ave NW Paving Project.  Informational Meeting was continued to February 15, town board meeting.  Additional information will be presented.

4.         Portion of 118th Street NW to be vacated.  No update.

5.         Operation Clean Up:  Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer, new deadline, June 1, 2005.

6.         Annual Meeting and Election for Supervisor, March 8, 2005.  Ken Jude has filed as officer to be elected.  Voting hours are 12:00 noon to 8 p.m.  Absentee voting will be available at the clerk’s office beginning Friday, February 4, 2005.  The announcement of the Annual Meeting and other articles are being prepared by Bill Lieb for the township newpaper, Corinna News, and may present copy to clerk, by February 8.

7.         Audit for 2004.  January 27, 2005, LarsenAllen forwarded a list of items needed for the audit. 

8.         MNDOT request to change access road for cemetery on Highway 24.  Township took over maintenance of the cemetery in 1993.  Township Attorney has prepared a title for the transfer from the Association to the Township.  John Dearing has contacted Richard Ransom as the remaining official of the Association to sign the document.

9.         150th Anniversary of the establishment of Wright County:  Cokato Museum and Wright County Sesquicentennial Committee is working on a series of events to commemorate that occasion.  They are asking all cities and townships in the county to consider a resolution acknowledging the creation of the county by the Minnesota Territorial Legislature.  A sample resolution was included with the letter.  (copy of letter and resolution available for board at meeting)

10.       Annandale Fire Department:  Town board representative, Dave Stump.

11.       Corinna Township Local Board of Review and Equalization Meeting will be Thursday, April 14, at 3 p.m.
