1. 103rd Street Reconstruction: Engineering Report? due?

2. Mary Ball, 7974 Iten Ave NW(Telephone Request): 2/11 Mary Ball asked for progress update for the petition township received last July to pave 79th Street and Iten.

3. Annual Meeting and Election for Supervisor, March 8, 2005. Voting hours will be 12:00 noon to 8 p.m. with Annual Meeting following the closing of the polls. Absentee ballots are available at town office, 9214 Kilbury Ave NW. Announcements will be published in the February 21 and 28 newspapers. Bill Lieb wrote articles for the “Corinna News”. The newsletter will be placed on the website and copies in the mail later this week. (copy for board at meeting)

4. Audit for 2004. Items were delivered to the auditor, Friday, Feb. 4. Board members are to make a written response to conflict of interest questions. Chairman Dave Stumpf is to sign two requests for financial information. (copy for board at meeting)

5. MNDOT request to change access road for cemetery on Highway 24. Cemetery Land Title is being transferred from association to township. Signature needed from cemetery association member.

6. 150th Anniversatry of the establishment of Wright County. The resolution approved at last board meeting, Resolution 2005-01 to acknowledge the founding of Wright County, is prepared for signature and forwarding to Wright County Board. (Copy of resolution)

7. Annandale Fire Department Meeting February 17. Dave Stumpf, town board representative.

8. Local Board of Appeal and Equalization, April 14, 2005 at 3 p.m. Legal notice of the review will be placed in the April 4 and 11 newspapers and posted at the town hall.

A 2003 law requires that a Local Board of Appeal and Equalization cannot be held in 2006 unless at least one voting member present at the meeting has attended an appeals and equalization course. Training is scheduled for Wednesday, March 23, at the Government Center, Room 120, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Confirmation of person attending this seminar is due by March 15, 2005 to Dawn Anderson, 763-684-4544. 10. Wright County Planning Commission Meeting, February 24, 2005 and Response Form: Clearwater Township requests amendments to Wright County Zoning Ordinance - waiving the requirement for a deed restriction if the division is solely for the creation of a site for a Township Hall. (copy for board)

11. Wright County Water Management. Water Management Task Force and Wright County Soil and Water Conservation District have created two ordinances dealing with ”Stormwater” and “Sediment and Erosion Control.” Ordinances will be countywide and will affect all entities that lie therein.
