1. Trace Development Annexation to City of Annandale. Lost revenue payment.

2. Corinna Township Planning and Zoning.

Wright County Planning and Zoning letter received in response to township letter of 1/4/06.

Community Growth Institute. Proposal and costs.

3. Town Hall Construction. Update.

4. Filing for Township Supervisor, Election and Annual Meeting. The filing for supervisor ends January 17, 2006 at 5 p.m. The last date for a candidate to withdraw from the election is Thursday, January 19, 2006 until 5 p.m. The voting hours set by State Auditor are from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. with the Annual Meeting to begin at 8:15 p.m. Absentee voting hours are Saturday, March 11, 10 a.m. to 12 noon and Monday, March 13, until 5 p.m. Absentee ballots requests for mailing begin February 10. In case of inclement weather, the Election and Town Meeting will be the following Tuesday, March 21, 2006.

5. Junk Amnesty, Saturday, July 29, 2006.

Review or approve Greenman authorization for tire recycling.

Review surcharge costs.

6. Audit for 2005. Review two quotes for the preparation of the audit.

7. 2006 Local Board of Appeal and Equalization Date: Wednesday, April 13, 2006 beginning at 3 p.m.

8. Building Permits 10/1/05-12/28/05 (30): 17-sewage disposal systems; 6-new homes; 2-additions; 1-2nd Story; 1- three-season porch; 2-decks; and 1 shed

9. Next meeting: Tuesday, March 7, 2006 is Precinct Caucus meeting date. Need to reschedule township meeting.

11. Township Certificate of Indebtedness for New Town Hall & Road Construction Costs – Town Attorney Tim Young.
