Response Form: Joseph and Marlys Harbinson, Lot 31, De-O-Na-Ga-No. Clearwater
Lake. Petitions
for a Conditional Use Pemit to allow a maximum of 600 cubic yards of fill to
elevate new house on lot to meet flood plain regulations. (Fill over 50
cubic yards in a shoreland district and fill in flood fringe areas requires a
Conditional Use Permit).

to be Vacated. Office has not received survey and description of what
area is to be vacated.

January 26, 2005. Hearing notice was published and individual
property owners were notified of the hearing by mail

Portion of 118th Street NW
to be vacated. Mr. Foster is to provide a survey of the portion to be
vacated.

Letter, 12/10/2004
Complaint: Yard has six vehicles without motors, 2 large truck bodies and
a large lot filled with piles of
junk.
Deadline: 30 days or January 10,
2005. 2nd follow up letter is to be sent.
January 6, 2005, Mr.
Leinonen telephoned that he is in process of clearing the area. Four
vehicles have been moved. He has been cleaning up behind the
building. He takes the metal from the junk piles into his building
workshop for cutting up. One truck body is being sold and the other is an
unlicensed trailer. Due to the cold winter weather he wishes an extension
of time for continuing this cleanup work.
6. Filing
for Supervisor. Ken Jude filed as officer to be elected as supervisor
for three years, the term of David Stumpf, expiring. Township Election is
Tuesday, March 8, 2005.
Voting hours are 12:00 noon to 8 p.m.
Absentee Voting will be available at the clerk’s office beginning Friday, February 4, 2005.

8. Application
for Exempt Permit for conducting lawful gambling activity for Friendship
Ventures, December 9, 2005.

Permits – 12/13/2004-1/6/2005 (5) 1-new home; 1-garage, 1-addition,
and 2-new septic systems.
10. Request for
LarsonAllen as Auditors for 2004 Township Audit. Engagement letter to
be signed by board. (2 copies)
11. 2005 Junk
Amnesty: Saturday, July
30, 2005. Dick Naaktegeboren will continue as
coordinator; STS is available and contract is forwarded to J. R. Appliance
(same rates as 2004) and Waste Management has been contacted. Dick will
acquire the other vendors.
12. MNDOT request to
change access road for cemetery on Highway 24. Township Attorney, Tim
Young, is to obtain copy of last deed and to assist in proving that township
owns cemetery.

Hemlock/80th Street
Assessment. Roger Millner, M and M Bus Service, has offered to
pay a $10,000 assessment towards the road’s reconstruction and paving
project. A statement has been issued for $5,000 payable in 2005 and
$5,000 payable in 2006.
14. Corinna Township
2005 Local Board of Review and Equalization Meeting has been set for
Thursday, April 14 at 3 p.m.
Contact Wright County Assessor, if this date must be changed prior to February 15, 2005.
