1.                  Isaak Avenue to 75th and 78th Street Project.  Board to approve Resolution 2004-1 Declaring Cost to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of Proposed Assessment.  Board to approve Resolution 2004-2 Resolution Calling for Public Hearing on Proposed Assessment.

            Public Hearing on Assessment scheduled for February 24, 2004, 7 p.m.

2.         80th Street/Hemlock Road Improvement.  Publicity planned.

3.         Topfer Road Relocation Project.

4.         Annual Meeting and Election - Tuesday, March 9, 2004.  Bill Lieb and Peter Flatten have filed as candidates for supervisor.

5          Audit for 2003.  Clerk requested list of audit items to be assembled..  Board members are to each sign questionnaire regarding township actions.

6.         Junk Amnesty - July 31, 2004    Crew Leader has confirmed date,  Response from Dick Naaktgeboren  needed.  Will mail reservation form to J. R. Appliance Disposal.

7.         New Website:  Brian Munsterleitner is setting up the new site.  John Dearing has provided digital photographs for two web pages.

8.         Wright County Township Officers Association, January 7, 2004.  Bill Lieb and John Dearing attended.  Discussion?

9.         Highway 55 Coalition Meeting, January 16, 2004.  John Dearing planned to attend.

10.       Friendship Ventures, Application for Exempt Permit for Raffles. 

11.       Building Permits for 10/01/03-12/29/03 (14)  3- new home; 2-screened porch; 1-deck; 1-boathouse; 1-addition and 6 septic systems installations.

12.       Mileage Reimbursement for 2004:  $.37 ˝ per mile.

13.       Continue 2004 Budget Review and Proposed Budget for 2005.

16.       General Information:

            Auditor’s update, January 13, 2004:  #2.  New federal Check 21 Act to take effect later this year.  Once implemented, public entities may no longer be able to obtain original paper checks that have been issued.  State Auditor’s position on the affect this law will be placed on web site.

            Admin Coop, January 14, 2004.  Distribution:  Herbicides, Waste Disposal – medical waste and confidential documents contract, bottled drinking water, surplus property available.

            Minnesota Spring Maintenance Training Expo:  April 27 and 28, 2004 at St. Cloud Civic Center – announcement only in file.
