OPEN MEETING: Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag

Approve or Amend Minutes of December 20, 2005 meeting.

Approve or Amend Agenda for January 3, 2006 meeting.

Copies of the previous regular meeting minutes, this meeting’s agenda and the list of claims to be paid are available for those who attend this meeting.

Requests to be on the Agenda:

1. 7:00 Ken Yager, Town Assessor. Annual Report.

Discuss change of land classification from Ag (Farmland) to Residential(Scott Lampi parcels)

2. 7:15 Victor Birthler, 7487 Ingram Ave NW, Cedar Lake (206-065-000200) With change to septic system design, request placement 7’ from road’s edge. Received board approval for setbacks at 9/6/05 town board meeting. (copy of 9/5 minutes available at meeting)..

3. 7:30 Lori Young, 11503 89th Street, (206-062-000190) Plans to remodel existing home by changing roof line and adding a covered porch to an existing foundation.

Other Items:

1. Trace Development Annexation to City of Annandale. City of Annandale response for reimbursing tax revenue.(copy of letter at meeting)

2. Annexation Agreement. Discuss timeline to procure annexation agreement with City of Annandale.

3. Corinna Township Planning and Zoning. Wright County Planning and Zoning notified by letter that as of December 20, 2005, township’s intention is to officially take on the responsibility. Contact Community Growth Institute to provide service of training

and setting up the department.

4. Town Hall Construction. Update

5. Gulden Avenue Road Vacation. Utility easements.

6. Snow Pushed onto Roads Hazard. Legal notice placed in Annandale Advocate and Maple Lake Messenger that pushing snow onto roads, leaving ridges that become a road hazard such as a slippery area, a frozen rut or bump could cause a traffic accident. Depositing snow onto or across a public road is illegal and the liability can extend to both the property owner and the person who actually placed the snow onto the roadway.

Flyers containing this information will be given to offending property owners.

7. Filing for Township Supervisor and Annual Meeting. Annual meeting and election will be Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at the Corinna Town Hall. The officer to be elected is one supervisor for three years, the term of John Dearing expiring. Filing dates are Tuesday, January 3, 2006 to Tuesday, January 17, 2006, 5 p.m. Candidates may file at the Clerk’s home, 9214 Kilbury Ave NW, Annandale. Filing fee is $2. The last date for a candidate to withdraw from the election is Thursday, January 19, 2006, until 5 p.m.

8. Township Audit. Prepare legal notice for bid.
