1. 7:00 Pat and Carol Schomaker, 8845 Linn Ave NW. (Continued, 6/20/06) Request to have road straightened on corner of 89th and Linn. Site inspection was made.

2. 7:15 Dave and Dana LindhoLm, 7958 Irvine, Cedar Lake, PID 206-075-00070. (Wright County Board of Adjustment Hearing, July 14, 2006). Request to cover existing deck with living space AND the lower level will a three-season porch.

3. 7:30 Bob Muller, property address 9030 64th St NW. Request for land alteration permit. Has engineering survey.

4. 7:45 Kevin Blohm and Veda Vargo, 11708 Hollister Ave NW, PID 206-011-002070.

Site inspection for possible road vacation.

5. 8:00 Tim Young, Township Attorney: Preview -- Continued Public Hearing on the Wright County Zoning Ordinance Amendments for Township Zoning, Thursday, July 20, 20, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. at Wright County Courthouse.

1. Comprehensive Planning Task Force: Update.

2. Junk Amnesty, Saturday, July 29, 2006, 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

Corinna News covering Junk Amnesty details and other articles was placed in mail July 14.

Venders and Sentence to Serve Supervisor will be verified.

3. Art Roemer, property address: 10519 Grunwald Ave NW. Requested and received a sample petition and road vacation procedure information

4. In the matter of Condemnation of Certain Lands for Trunk Highway Purposes, a hearing on petition from Norman G. Planer will be September 29, 2006, 1:30 p.m. at Courthouse of Wright County. Board Chairman to sign document acknowledging receipt of this notice.

5. Cedar Lake Conservation Club, Bill Westhoff, extended an invitation to the board and their spouse to attend the Annual Meeting, Saturday August 12 at the VFW in Maple Lake. Refreshments at 5 and Dinner at 6. Confirm number attending this event.

6. Ambrose Opatz, 8723 State Highway 24 (telephone request). Plan to build on their lot and wish trucks to enter from back of property at the turn around on 91st Street. Vehicles on the turn around prohibit truck entry.

7. Wright County Human Services, letter 7/10/06 follow up on reducing youth access to tobacco. Two business compliance checks were completed June 22 and all businesses passed the tobacco compliance check. In county, 103 businesses were checked and 17 businesses failed their tobacco compliance check.
