4. In the
matter of Condemnation of Certain Lands for Trunk Highway Purposes, a hearing
on petition from Norman G. Planer will be September 29, 2006, 1:30 p.m. at
Courthouse of Wright County. Board Chairman to sign
document acknowledging receipt of this notice.
5. Cedar
Lake Conservation
Club, Bill Westhoff, extended an invitation to the
board and their spouse to attend the Annual Meeting, Saturday August 12 at the
VFW in Maple Lake.
Refreshments at 5 and Dinner at 6. Confirm number
attending this event.
6. Ambrose Opatz, 8723 State Highway 24 (telephone request). Plan to build on their lot
and wish trucks to enter from back of property at the turn around on 91st
Street. Vehicles on the turn around prohibit truck
entry.

County Human
Services, letter 7/10/06
follow up on reducing youth access to tobacco. Two business compliance
checks were completed June 22 and all businesses passed the tobacco compliance
check. In county, 103 businesses were checked and 17 businesses failed their
tobacco compliance check.
