Public Hearing to consider vacating the portions of public road:

Parcel 1: That part of Gulden Avenue NW, as dedicated in Sugar Highland, lying southerly of the westerly extension of the south line of Outlot A and northeasterly of the southeasterly extension to the north line of Gulden Avenue NW, Sugar Highland Second Addition.

Parcel 2. That part of Gulden Avenue NW, formerly known as Lane, as dedicated in Indian Lake Heights, lying southerly of the westerly extension of the south line of Outlot A said Sugar Highland and northeasterly of the southeasterly extension to the north line of Gulden Avenue NW, Sugar Highland Second Addition.

2. 7:45 Rick Erickson, property at 10496 103rd St NW PID 206-000-073402. Plans to build a cabin on an undersized lot that would have a 46’ setback from the lake. Has a survey.

3. 8:00 Lee and Marilyn Carlson, property address at 8601 State Highway 24 NW PID 206-000-174409. Build a home that would be less than 30’ from bluff. Parcel is two acres.

4. 8:30 Lester Cantin, 10511 Hollister Ave NW PID 206-072-000250. Plans to change size of pole building and request variance to allow 3200 s/f.

1. 89th and Linn paving Project. When Plans and Specifications are approved for project, advertised bids will be received August 11, 2005. Public Hearing on Final Assessments is planned for August 16, 2005. Update

2. 79th and Iten Paving Project. When Plans and Specifications are approved for project, advertise bids will be received August 11, 2005. Public Hearing on Final Assessments is planned for August 16, 2005. Update.

3. 103rd Street Reconstruction. Update.

Individual Sewage Treatment System Evaluations were forwarded to nine property owners.

4. Junk Violations:

Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. Deadline: June 30, 2005 was extended one week.

Hansford Gordon, property at 6400 102nd Street NW. Referred to County Sheriff for action.

5. City of Annandale. Town Board will be attending a meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 21, 2005, 5:30-7:00 p.m., at the Annandale City Hall to discuss a proposed Land Use Plan that the City intends to use as a guide for development.

6. Junk Amnesty, July 30, 2005 Newsletter included a list of items that may be recycled and costs and was in mail to all property owners on July 15. Volunteers and youth workers are needed. Follow Up report on vendors scheduled.

7. Clerk attended Summer Township Officers Short Course, July 11 at St. Cloud.

8. Wright County Township Officer’s Association Quarterly Meeting was Thursday, July 14 at Silver Creek Township Hall. Report?

9. DSL Internet Line is scheduled to be installed at town hall Thursday, July 21. Webmaster Brian Munsteiger will continue updating the website this summer and will have a less busy schedule in fall to train clerk.

10. 2005 PRE BUY Heating Fuel contract to be signed and mailed by July 22, 2005

11. Building Permits-5/18-7/6/2005 (36): 3-new homes, 4-garages, 5-additions, 5-decks, 1-fireplace, 1-land alteration, 1-dryer bin, 1-screened porch, 1-guest house, 2-pole buildings, and 12-septic systems.
