Approve or Amend:   Consent to the July 20, 2004 Agenda or add/remove items.

1.  7:00      Mary Ball, 7974 Iten Ave NW.  Present petition for blacktopping of 79th                                  Street and Iten Avenue.

2.  7:15      David Williams, 11687 Gulden Avenue NW. Request for drainage pipe                                     under township road.  Also present request for neighbor Gary Williamson,                        11723 Gulden Ave NW, to do the same.

Other Items:

1.                              Isaak Ave to 75th and 78th St Projects.  Attorney Tim Young responded to Jerry Dale of 8640 79th St, concerns. July 6 and July 12, Tim Young forwarded easement deeds to Wright County Recorder. 

2.                              80th Street/Hemlock Road Improvement.  Minnesota Wetland Bank approved withdrawal credits.

4.                              Realign 110th and Gulden.  Discuss shared cost invoicing.

5.                              Seerti Hills Development.

6.                              103rd Street Reconstruction.  Clerk responded to Rick Erickson inquiry.

7.                              Website.  Brian Munsterteiger continues to improve the website.

8.                              Corinna News.  Newsletter in mail Monday, July 19.

9.                              Junk Amnesty Day, Saturday, July 31, 2004.  Dick Naaktgeboren and Vi Novotne have made follow up calls to each vendor.  Iron prices are down and Phillips will be charging $300 per bin.  Workers are needed. Need three coolers, one with ice, for noon lunch and pop for workers.

10.                          Primary Election, September 14, 2004, 7 AM-8 PM.  Judge list will be available for board approval.  Judge Training will be August 9 at the Annandale City Hall.  Township will forward absentee ballots for both elections.

11.                          Road Bond.  Attorney is gathering information in preparation for the road bonds.  Clerk will meet with the attorney on Monday to present documents          stating assessment monies received on each project and other required information.

12.                          Wright County responded to a complaint by sending a letter to Peter and Janice Flatten, 7453 Isaak Ave NW regarding the operation of an illegal dock/boat lift/trailer assembly and sales business on property and fill in excess of ten cubic yards had been brought onto the site with out a permit.  Land Alteration permit must be obtained and business is to be removed from property within 30 days.  (Copy of letter available at meeting).

13.                          Building Permits:  (21) 4/15-6/30:  4- homes; 10 garages, 9 additions; 12 septic systems, 2 barns, 1 commercial building, 1 storage building and 1 building remodeled.

14.                          Portion of Knowles Ave NW Roac Vacation.  Legal notices were placed in local newspapers and property owners were notified by letter.

                              CenterPoint Energy - ltr July 14, 2004.  Notice that CenterPoint                                         Energy filed a rate increase case with MN Public Utilities                                                           Commission.  (letter on file)

                              Minnesota State Fair.  Corinna with other townships, fair officials,                                        mayors, business leaders and friends are invited to a barbecue                                       picnic at 5 p.m., Thursday, Sept 2 at Heritage Fair at grounds.                                                  Two tickets were provided
