1. Planning and Zoning Administration.

A. June 14, 2007 Meeting with Wright County Planning and Zoning. Wright County P&Z. response of 6/19/07. (Town Board received EM copies)

B. June 14, 2007 Public Hearing and Planning Commission Meeting. Comprehensive Plan as amended is to be approved by town board.

C. Land Use Ordinance Public Hearing is scheduled for the regular Planning Commission Meeting, July 12, 2007.

4. Topfer’s Holding Pond, 106^th Street. Pat and Darrell Dahl and the Sugar Lake Association express appreciation to the board and township maintenance men for digging out the pond so that stagnant water will never run off into the lake.

5. Junk Violation Reported, 11571 89^th Street NW. Property owner telephone request June 25, that this property has several areas that are dug up and lawn has never been mowed this year and the entire area looks “seedy”. Neighbors are concerned with the appearance of the property.

6. Junk Violation, 8838 78^th Street NW. Violation letter mailed to Real Estate Agent for the property. Clean Up to be completed by July 28, 2007. (copy for town board)

6. NW Quadrant Land Use Review, June 20, 2007 at Silver Creek Township.

7. Wright County Commissioner Communication Meeting: Thursday, June 21, Wright County Government Center.

8. 103^rd Street Road Reconstruction. Wright County SWCD forwarded copy of the joint application for cul-de-sac project change as sent to DNR, Clearwater River Watershed, and Corps of Engineers.

9. Hollister Avenue Damage Repair. Minnesota Wetland Statement form sent to Wright SWCD by Maintenance Man, Mark Miller.

10. Wright County Human Services, 6/20/07, Tobacco Compliance Check. (Report Copy for town board)

11. Summer Workshop for Supervisors, treasurers and Clerks in July. Clerk received approval to register and attend. Local Board of Appeal and Equalization training is offered during the afternoon sessions.

12.. Wright County Township Officers Association Meeting, Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Corinna Township Hall. Dinner at 7 p.m., Meeting at 8 p.m. Setup and assistance needed?

16 1000 Friends of Minnesota Survey: Purpose is to learn more about current local government activities related to natural resource planning. The study is intended to provide a snapshot of current activities in the greater 11 county metro area.
