Approve or Amend: Consent to the July 6, 2004 Agenda or add/remove items.

A copy of the previous meeting minutes and agenda for this meeting and a copy of the proposed disbursements are available for those attending this meeting.

Requests to be on the agenda:

1.7:00 Todd Borrell, contractor, representing Judy Martin, 7590 Isaak Avenue NW.

Plans are to add a deck that would need a variance for 12’ to the side lot. A cement parking pad and a handicap walkway will also be constructed.

2.7:15 Duane Kahmeyer, 6400 85th Street NW, Vans Island Beach. Requests a variance to replace the existing garage with a 24x34 detached garage 1’ from the edge of the road right of way, 8’ from the side property line on an undersized lot. (Mr. Kaymeyer met with Board on May 4 and received variances for a 26x36 garage that would be 15’ from the road right of way, on an undersized lot. Board allowed the 15’ as garage access is from the side of lot rather than by the road.)
