Requests to be on the agenda:

1. 7:15 Mike Mengelkoch, 11107 Hollister Ave NW. Plans to tear down home and rebuild. Request for variances for: 7’ from property line, septic system at 5’ property line of which neighbor has given approval; 22’ from top of bluff and 61’ from a private road.

2. 7:30 Robert Tregillis, purchasing property at 6310 County Road 39 NW. (Rescheduled) Hobby farm with 10 acres of which 5 acres would be fenced for containing six dogs. Request for a Conditional Use Permit.

3. 7:45 David Williams, 11687 Gulden Avenue. Discuss water problem since road was recrowned.

3. 80th Street/Hemlock Road Improvement. Update. Present and Approve Resolution for Wetland Permit. Clerk to FAX resolution to Cara, Otto and Associates

June 9, 2004, MPCA forwarded General Storm Water Permit for Construction on 80th Street. A notice of termination is also enclosed. (copy of information at meeting)

4. Topfer Road Relocation Project. Update.

5. Realign 110th and Gulden. Update

6. Seerti Hills Development.

7. Website: New Website is up and running as of lastThursday. Setup will be gradually improved. Brian Munsterteiger will be temporarily updating the website information.

8. Corinna News. July Newsletter will basically cover Junk Amnesty Information. Clearwater River Watershed District has forwarded a short report covering the Zoning/Septic System Information Meeting of May 8, 2004. Should group committee names be included? Additional items for newsletter to cover?

9. Assessor’s Report. Does township have gravel pits or cell telephone towers in township?

10. University of Minnesota Technical Assistance Program. Roads Scholar Courses, Base and Special Program Courses available. (copy for board at meeting)

11. Use of Hall: Sugar Lake Association, Saturday, June 19..

12.. General Information:

Wright County Economic Development Partnership – golf promotional tournament, September 8, 2004. Proceeds will be used to enhance the business climate of Wright County.
