1. 7:15 Barbara Scherek, 9182 Kilbury Ave NW. Road drainage problem.

2. 7:25 Randy Hildreth, 11181 107th Street NW. Plans to construct two additions at each end of home and extend deck in front of the house. New well is being installed and septic system is being checked. Request for variance as house is 30’ from the ordinary highwater mark of the lake. (Site plan attached to agenda.)

1. 89th and Linn Paving Project. Update.

2. 79th and Iten Paving Project. Update.

3. 103rd Street Reconstruction: Road reconstruction to begin July 1, 2005.

Septic Tank Inventory has been completed. Merle Anderson of CRWD forwarded dates that he would be available for an evening meeting to share the results with the town board and residents.

Tom Salkowski, Planning and Zoning Administrator, forwarded response to Corinna’s Town Board letter asking that building permits be issued along 103rd now as road is being reconstructed. (Board copy by E-Mail)

4. Junk Violations:

Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. June 9, 2nd violation letter that unlicensed or inoperable vehicles and piles of junk are to be removed or placed in enclosed storage within 20 days or violation will be referred to appropriate agency for criminal prosecution (June 30, 2005).

Paul Curtis, 6435 102nd Street NW. May 26, 2nd violation letter that unlicensed or inoperable vehicles are to be removed or placed in enclosed storage within 20 days or violation will be referred to appropriate agency for criminal prosecution ( June 15, 2005)

Hansford Gordon, property at 6400 102nd St NW. May 26, 2nd violation letter that unlicensed or inoperable vehicles, propane tanks and junk be removed or placed in enclosed storage within 20 days or violation will be referred to appropriate agency for criminal prosecution (June 15, 2005).

After a board member makes an inspection, a report noting what vehicle or junk items remain may be filed to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

5 Sugar Highlands Road Vacation. Attorney Tim Young has forwarded a copy of surveyor’s legal description of the road vacation; Resolution calling for public hearing on petition to vacate road; and legal notice. Date of Hearing.

8. City of Annandale. Mark Casey, City of Annandale, called that town board will be invited Annandale’s Land Use Planning Meeting next Thursday. A confirmation letter will be mailed.
