22, 2004, Attorney Tim Young forwarded easement requests to 21
property owners.

Road Improvement. April 28, Attorney Tim Young forwarded a
second revised easement to Norm Planer for signature. Otto Associates will be holding a
Preconstruction Conference, Tuesday, May 11, 2004, 10:00 A.M. at 9 West
Division Street (notice at meeting) Otto
and Associates forwarded a copy of the executed contract with Buffalo
Bituminous. (on file)
Buffalo Bituminous forwarded a Surety Rider effective April 22, 2004.

Topfer Road
Relocation Project. Darrell Dahl plans to build a pole barn. As he is aware that one property owner has
not signed a purchase agreement, he intends to contact Real Estate Agent,
Brenda Pilger, to suggest the possibility of an
easement agreement on the property. He
noted that this property owner also shares a driveway. Supervisor John Dearing has indicated that
contractor will be available to start the road work in a week.

Board of Appeal and Equalization Review was held Tuesday, April 27, 2004.

Website: Webmaster Brian Muntenteiger has much of the set up work done. A second copy of the Land Use Map and a
picture needs to be forwarded.

Property with Hazardous Conditions. Brian Grega’s home,
11574 103rd St NW,
burned several months ago. A nearby
property owner reported that nothing has been done to clean up the black and
charred building and the broken glass. Requested that the area be cleaned up. Annandale Fire Department Chief has contacted
Planning and Zoning Building Inspector to request a visit to the property. Fire Chief suggested that township should
also repond and request that the property owner must
at least fence the site.

Dog Control: Letter, April 23, 2004, request the Animal
Control Officer to be in contact with the Dave Stumpf,
Township Board Chairman.

member to contact neighbor about water runoff problems and the need to change
elevation of driveway culvert.

Lake Center Bar and Grille. Nearby property owner reported that cemetery
does not have a fence or any measures to deter customer parking in the cemetery
area.

Clearwater River Watershed District Informational Meeting: Saturday,
May 8, 2004, 9: A.M. at the township hall. CRWD mailed notices to all Corinna Township
property owners announcing the informational meeting to discuss permitting of
septic systems, wastewater treatment and zoning issues that will be presented
by Wright County Zoning and CRWD staff.

his road where snowplow removed sod. Please telephone him at 952-467-3353 as he would like to view
the lawn area at the same time.
