1. 103rd Street Reconstruction. Wetland Conservation Application Replacement Plan Decision. (Copy EM-Board 9/1/2005) Construction update.
2. Financing for new town hall. Town Attorney, Tim Young, to provide bids for Certificate of Indebtedness for five years.
3. Junk Amnesty Recap for 2005. Report has been prepared and copies will be available at meeting. Community Clean Up Report will be submitted to Wright County. A list of recycled item totals and tonnage will be included in the letter of appreciation that will be sent to the volunteer workers.
4. Junk Violations:
Steve Leinonen, 11718 Kramer Ave NW. August 31, Supervisor made a site visit and determined that at least five new loads of junk had been added onto the property. September 1, Clerk prepared and mailed violation referral to Wright County Sheriff’s Office for Prosecution. (copy for board)
Arnold and Shirley Olson, 11597 89th St NW, Pleasant Lake. Ltr August 29, 2005, Pleasant Lake Improvement Association has received complaints of neglected property that has abandoned vehicles, falling down fences and rats. Ken Jude made a site visit September 1.
5. City of Annandale Land Use Plan Update Meeting, August 25, 2005. Bill Lieb
Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 27, 7:00 p.m., in Annandale City Hall Council Chambers. Land Use Plan draft has been received. After public hearing, NAC will identify issues raised and prepare a supplementary report to the City Council and a copy to Corinna Township.
6. Ron Worden, 9167 Kilbury Ave NW. (Request 8/16/2005 town meeting). Ken Jude to make a site visit to view road run off problem.
7. Don Riley, 8596 Griffith and Neighbor Robert Balogh. Town Attorney, Tim Young, received the survey covering town road in Outlot A of Mink Lake Shores (owned by Balogh that will be added to Lot 4, Block 2, Van Island Beach First Addition (owned by Riley). Mr. Young intends have Mr. Riley come to his office and provide additional information.
8. Darrell Dahl, 7630 106th St NW (telephone request, 8/30) Mr. Dahl has discussed the holding pond depth with the owner, Mr. Topfer. John Topfer has agreed to allow the outlet to be raised 2’. Suggested that Mr. Dahl attend this board meeting.
9. Claudia Aronsohn, lake residence: 11012-118TH St NW. Letter, 8/17/2005 asks that township set noise limits. (Copy of letter for board at meeting)
10. Dog Control: Office received two dog complaints: One complaint for continual barking of a dog and the other complaint that three dogs are loose and challenge the persons walking along road. Clerk asked the persons to inform the dog owner of the incidents and if still a problem, to call the animal control officer.
11. Isaak Ave Road Improvement Project. Letter, 8/18/2005, from Otto Associates in response to property owner complaint that steep slopes in ditches make the ditches unmowable. (Copy of letter for board at meeting).
12. Building Permits: (33) 7/28-8/18/2005: 5-new homes; 4-garages; 2-additions; 3-decks; 1-shed; 1-gazebo; 2- miscellaneous; 1-three season porch, 2-pole buildings; and 12- new septic systems.
