Minutes of the Corinna Township Board Meeting

Tuesday, February 3, 2004 Unofficial Minutes

7 PM, Town Hall

Present: John Dearing, Dave Stumpf, Bill Lieb and Township Attorney Tim Young.

Motion by John and second by Dave to approve minutes of January 20, 2004 meeting with the correction of the dollar figure on the truck quote as $27,594. Motion carried. Motion by Dave and second by John to approve the minutes of the January 27, 2004 joint meeting with the Maple Lake City Council. Motion carried. Motion by Bill and seconded by John to approve the printed agenda. Motion carried.

Attorney Tim Young presented information on financing the 80^th Street reconstruction project to be presented to the Annual Meeting. Tim will put together a document for the next Board meeting.

John obtained figures from Wright Hennepin for moving electric service on the Topfer road relocation. John will forward the information to Brenda Pilger so she can inform the property owners.

Discussed the maps provided by the City of Maple Lake showing their projected growth areas. No action was taken.

Payment of Claims Check Numbers 12022-12061 and electronic transfer #33 in the amount of $102,858.28 was approved.
